    I brought Cellairis my phone when the charging port broke and my phone wouldn't charge. I told them…read morethree separate times that my Mother had just passed away when my phone broke. I told them that her saved voicemails, our last in person conversation recordings and photos of her last six months of life were on that phone along with other important documents etc. I spoke to the owner, his girlfriend and the other male employee. I told them all the same thing. I pleaded with them to please be careful as to not delete any of them because I hadn't been able to save any of them yet. To make a long story short, the owner reset my phone and completely wiped everything off of it. I will never get to hear my Mother's voice again because of what they did. When I got my phone back the first time, the phone still wouldn't charge and had a new problem, some kind of electrical issue. The phone had some new electrical glitch. At that point you could still see that the information was on the phone. I talked to the owner, he insisted that my phone was able to charge and had been fixed. Which clearly it hadn't been. It was either bring it back to him to fix or lose the $100 I already paid them to fix it. So I brought it back to them. A mistake I now regret. I After the owner looked at it, he still maintained that there wasn't a problem and that they fixed it. At this point I gave up, and just decided that when I got back home I would take it somewhere else to fix. Once I got home, I mailed them a $28 check to overnight my fully charged phone back to me so that I could get my information off of it. When I got my phone it had been completely reset and wiped clean. I am heartbroken. My experience with this company was the single worst experience I have ever had. This business owner is an immature kid, that has no problem lying to you. I hope this review is enough to stop someone else from experiencing what I have. I have all of my phone conversions with Cellairis recorded. The owner was caught on recording lying to me multiple times. The owner even told me that he didn't reset or wipe my phone after I asked him if he did when he was repairing it. He asked me for my Blackberry ID, which I thought was unusual to need since the phone never required it unless it was a brand new phone or had been reset. This experience was heartbreaking. I am completely devestated that I lost my Mother's voice and I will never get to hear it again. I got no apology from Cellairis for what they did. What they took from me can't ever be replaced. I wouldn't recommend anyone taking anything to them.

    I have been an ATT customer for many years, but decided to switch to Xfinity due to terrible…read morecustomer service. I called on Saturday to let ATT know I was switching and was given a code, and told my phone would be unlocked by yesterday. I went to the Xfinity store twice yesterday and was told my phone was still locked and they advised I go to the ATT store on Highway 50 for help. The greeter immediately upon my saying I was switching to Xfinity, treated me very abusively, refusing to help me. There were 4 employees standing around that he could have referred me to. He told me it would be days before my phone would be unlocked very sarcastically. I asked him why they couldn't look up my account and call someone to unlock my phone, all he did was argue with me. He finally put me on a phone to call ATT and I waited for over 10 minutes, no one ever answered. When I asked to see the manager, I was told he had just left, which I did see someone leaving. He knew I was upset and could have tried to help. The greeter then said that the manager said to "throw" me out of the store if I didn't stop complaining. All I wanted was help, which they refused to provide. One of the employees said for me to "get online" to resolve the issue, I couldn't get online because my phone was LOCKED! The greeter continued his abuse telling me it was Xfinity's fault! Finally I left and went back to Xfinity where they once again were kind and allowed me to use one of their phones and directed me who to call at ATT. I finally got through, and learned my bill for $90 was a day late and the reason for my phone being locked. I paid my bill, which I easily could have done at the ATT store had they only taken the time to look up my account. This morning I called and spoke with the manager JORGE, who was also very rude and demeaning, hanging up on me twice, refusing to give me his SUPERVISOR'S NAME. NO ONE SHOULD EVER BE TREATED THIS WAY. I AM OWED AN APOLOGY FROM THE STORE MANAGER, AND WILL CONTINUE TO CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS UNTIL I RECEIVE ONE. DISGUSTING AND DISGRACEFUL TO TREAT ANYONE THIS WAY, ESPECIALLY A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR YEARS, AND THE VERY REASON THEY NO LONGER HAVE MY BUSINESS.

NOW they can't fix it!! talked with the store manager Paige - had to make an appt - the meantime, she's "working on it" - the next month I get HIGHER bill! went in store - Paige isn't there - made another appt - went to the appt - Paige left already!! made another appt - Paige is in a meeting - meanwhile my bill is going up more! I am paying 75.00 more than I should when they quoted me and NOT one Person at VERIZON store can or will do anything! called customer service tried 3 times already - This round the rep says the promotion went thru - I will see when my next months bill comes - DO not go to the Verizon store for any technical help if you went thru customer service for any promotion! they will jack up your bill!
