I was signed up for internet, cable and phone about a year ago. The cable only work the first week then didn't work the rest of the year. I don't watch much tv so it didn't bother me much. But I recently really wanted to watch a Bronco game and it wasn't working. After two calls to Xfinity one lasting two hours and going in to the store twice a young man finally figures out, " you have been paying for the cable box but not the service for the last year. Really. This month I had to change debit cards and I start getting xfinity emails saying I need to update my payment form. For some reason I can't sign in. When I sign into the mobile app or online xfinity wants to sell me a phone plane but there is no account info. After 2 long phone calls they can't take a card over the phone or get my account to open up for me. Both very long phone calls suggest I go into the store. So, I go into the store twice, they tell me they cant help much on phone services and I have to call the 1-800. I have to say I'm getting real frustrated. read more

I was charged a prorated fee of $65+ for 5 days of use when canceling Xfinity services. From this experience and other stories I've heard, Xfinity is greedy. I found better prices and services with Fort Collins Connexion and YouTube TV. I'd say check out other services before committing to Xfinity. There are many other good choices out there. read more

This has to be the WORST company I have ever dealt with!!! I would highly HIGHLY recommend to anyone reading this review to walk away from Xfinity. First they come out install the box and leave - no instructions or information on how to use their web stream service - it was literally pay us and screw you mentality Had issues - called - the lady spoke such poor English it was like she was butchering the language - what is a Soch - or you need Social Security number. Then gave a poor review on their automated service - next day I get a call from their customer service department while at lunch - I ask if we could talk later - she was sure I will call you back - well 3 weeks later - you guest it no call back Now they keep telling me I am using up all my data - well great - I am at work - no one is in the house - your calling me to tell me (on my cellphone) I used my data up - how NO ONE is at the house - tried to talked to someone - 20 minutes on hold - I had to hang up to get back to work. This is 2020 - why the hell do they have limits on data anyways - NO OTHER cable / internet provider I have ever used has a cap - Xfinity does. AVOID this company - they are a give us your money - lets provided ZERO support read more

Shoddy service! I signed up for Internet cable service with Xfinity Comcast in April 2020 since then I have continually lost Internet service and/or my TV continues to freeze up. I have called and I have used Xfinity online assistant with my complaints. Since April 2020 I have had five technicians come out to my home and each time they told me the same thing, that it's all in working order now. Over the last month I continued to lose Internet connection. I work from home and so it has completely disrupted my ability to do my work effectively. I have called and complained and yet nothing gets resolved. So I decided to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Avoid this provider at all costs! read more

While up charges after years of using this provided are one huge issue with this company, that obviously does not know how to keep long term customer relationships. While you can still complain to the company, to get lower prices or current prices to continue, with higher speed packages offered in a frantic to keep customers is often done by many people. I have now come into contact with even more aspects of this company that disgust me. Being a senior marketing major at CSU, and being educated in business along with professional sales and B2C sales. I know how to sale and how people do not want to be sold to. As many people know Walmart let's xfinity sales reps to pester those who are simply at Walmart to get groceries and not be sold to. While yes I do see them get in conversations with people by asking certain qualify questions, and if they close on sales that's great. The problem I have is these sales representative do not know how to read customers that do not want to be spoken to and are at Walmart to get groceries and get out. When a customer continues to walk after you ask them a question it's best to let them go. As anyone in sales should know that they will get turned down exponentially more than they will make a sale. This specific sales representative on April 18, 5pm, at the Walmart off magnolia, instead said "did I scare you". I cannot begin to say how huge of a no this is in selling. This sales rep, obviously needs to learn to take failure better, and to not say dumb things that can potentially offend a customer. You're their to sell a product, not to make a bad image for the company you are working for. read more

sucks! went in to ask about billing and there were three employees walking around talking to eachother, and I was told it would be at least 40 minutes. After 15 minutes, left disgusted after continuing to see the employees talking to each other and not helping customers. I went in originally because the 800 number was a foreigner which I have no problem with it but if it's your customer service representative they should be able to understand English. Seems a little counterproductive the whole situation read more

After having Xfinity for 3 years, I can certify that I would fire them if Fort Collins had a reasonable alternative. I am hoping that the city brings the optical internet sooner than scheduled. If they are 1/2 as good as Longmont they would eclipse Xfinity. It is unfortunate that a commercial company can't service customer with reasonable rates and without come on deals that always create problem. Comcast has the size advantage yet, Longmont gets Five stars and they typically get one. I would post zero stars but that is not an option. read more

Worst service ever. I was advised by Courtney that due to the issues that I was having the I would NOT be charged a disconnect service. So receive what I thought was my last bill of $23 and it was automatic withdrawn. Today, receive a new bill for $70. Call and stalk to Steve. He doesn't answer the questions and is rude and disrespectful. You all are better off going with a different company. If I could give a negative I would read more

Let me start by saying that I understand that I had canceled my service but there was no reason for the manager to treat me the way he did. When I canceled my service due to comcast using the automatic payment method three times in one month and then saying I had a bill the next month instead of saying that I was two months ahead and giving me a credit they said I still owed the monthly amount. I don't know about you but you don't have $600 set aside for TV when it's only supposed to $200. Then I scheduled multiple phone calls from Comcast to figure out why I was paying so much but they never called me. So I had to go with a cheaper service that would actually answer when I had questions and give me some customer service. So I went in to cancel my service and everything went smooth I thought. I turned in my equipment and paid for my last month. I triple checked that I didn't owe anything else because I've had multiple friends who have canceled their service and then be sent to collections because Comcast said they didn't pay all their final bill. I was told that I paid all I needed to and that I would get a final statement showing that my account was fully closed. Sure enough I got sent to the Comcast collections for a month that I never used for Comcast and when I went in to talk to them the manager was dismissive and condescending and a straight ass. I tried to explain what the collections lady told me and he cut me off and told me I was wrong and didn't know what I was talking about and then told me that I had to pay no matter what and any time I tried to talk he cut me off and was condescending. I get it I'm a girl I must not know what I'm talking about right? That was what he thought. So then I tried to pay him and he looked at me like I was an idiot and told me "he doesn't take the payments I have to go to the machines in the back to pay" how in the world am I supposed to know that? then he had the audacity to ask me if I was ready to restart my service after being the most disrespectful MANAGER and he gave the FURTHEST thing from customer service just solidifying my decision to never use them again. Their customer service is appalling and they clearly don't care about their customers. read more

i am in the process of trying to find a new internet provider and when i called and spoke with a certain employee, they were very rude. Talked fast and were all about sales instead of trying to understand the my needs as a customer. when i pointed out the prices online were much cheaper i was told that was because tax was not included-understandable. but as i asked them to break the price down she still continue to sell me one that was more than what i needed. read more

Went in to simply drop off my old cable equipment. I have done this before at the other service centers and it took 30 seconds. Took several minutes to be greeted and was told to sit down. Waited 15 minutes along with a lobby full of others. The guy working didn't have any urgency or courtesy to thank people for the wait. Finally he said it'd be a 30 minute wait for all of us and said we should probably come back a different time. No apologies, no empathy whatsoever. Typical Comcast, zero customer service... just add to the list of why I'm cancelling my services in the first place.... read more

this software for this TV setup is by far the worst, if you put the guide on a certain channel and then go to a recording, the system will change itself back to a previous channel within minutes, when you come away from the recording back to the guide its on a channel that no-one but the software has chosen, it will not stay on a channel that i put it on, and while I'm in the middle of a show it decides to bring up a screen saver and i can hear the program in the background, cant get any help with it, nothing solves it, this is WORTHLESS SOFTWARE, you can see why the rating for xfinity is so bad read more

I have had my cable with Comcast for years. When I needed to return a box or upgrade a box I went to the location by campus and immediately was helped and it took two seconds! I just came in to the location at the mall, and have been sitting here waiting, simply to return boxes we're not using! That is it! Unbelievable! What a stupid change in the way they do things! Checked after 15 minutes of waiting, and they said the wait was about 35 minutes or so. read more

We had an online pick up for a new modem after we upgraded, online it said it was ready for pick up, so we brought our old modem and everything it asked and when we get to Xfinity, the person working the front desk told us that we had to wait 45 minutes for them to go and grab that even though it's supposedly ready... after I walk off and go sit down and wait I watch as he helps 3 more customers and then had no one to help left and he still just sat there staring at his computer. I just don't understand what the point of online pick up is. Obviously not to make it quicker if you have to wait for 45 minutes. Aweful experience when I asked the front desk person why we had to wait 45 minutes he said that there are other people in the store waiting to be helped. and that I am more than welcome to leave and come back at another time. He was super rude maybe when a customer is obviously a little upset and confused you don't have to be an asshole about it and a review like this wouldn't happen. read more

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, SAM!!! Sam spent hours trying to get AT&T to unlock my phones to transfer. I had requested this from AT&T days before. Kept on hold, all kinds of hold ups. He remained very sweet and kept apologizing even though it wasn't his fault. I actually had to leave for an appointment and come back and as soon as I walked back in and he saw me he came right over. After much confusion (none of it related to Sam) he was able to get the phones switched over. Sam spend at least 3 hours or more. When I came back he ended up skipping dinner. I have a feeling the same thing happened with lunch. I had AT&T for several years. The rates were $120.00 MORE than the no contract rates from Xfinity (Verizon). I have gone from spending $182.00 a month for lousy customer service to less than $60.00 for 2 phones. AT&T did not even try to keep my business. When I finally spoke to AT&T to make sure service was discontinued my bill had just cut. I was informed that although they bill in advance AT&T does not issue credits or refunds for cancelled service. Once again, THANK YOU, SAM!!! read more

Absolute horrible service and horrible customer service. Xfinity Mobile is just as horrid as their internet and tv services. I went into the Fort Collins store to change my mobile service to Xfinity. Spoke to Jim Dunlap. They did not have stock on the model I wanted. Jim stated that their shipment comes in Monday or Tuesday. He would call me either way to confirm availability after the shipment arrived. Surprise! Never received a call and there is no way of calling the store. Bad service on the front end is a reflection of the support I can expect later. read more

These guys are the absolute worst, and anyone who gives them a good review is undoubtedly one of the following: first term customer receiving the affordable price of tv and internet we all deserve (but just wait till they jack your prices up for the same exact offerings you had after the first year, and every year after that), someone who works for Comcast, or someone who is living/very close with someone who works at Comcast. I've been with Xfinity for four years, the first year was great and affordable. EVERY year after that they've increased my monthly payments for the same exact, or even less, tv and internet options. Also they suck at actually telling you what you will pay per month, they use tactics saying you will pay $90 a month, then tack on "digital preferred" fee ($18.50/mo), HD technology fee ($10/mo and give me a break it's just a fu**ing cord that should at most be a $10 flat fee, not monthly), DVR service fee ($9.95/mo and I don't see any options for me to take this away), Internet/Voice equipment fee ($13.00/mo), Broadcast tv fee ($8.70/mo and why the fu** wouldn't this be apart of my $90/mo "special offer" for TELEVISION and internet??) and of course the regional sports fee ($8.00/mo and ditto??). I think I might be forgetting a few other bullsh** monthly fees but all and all my super awesome $90 a month for tv and internet is actually $165 a month. This conglomerate is gauging millions of people and then they have the audacity to show commercials about how they care about their customers, even though EVERYONE AND THEIR MOTHER sees eye to eye with me on this issue. Unless, of course, you are one of the three exceptions I mentioned above. read more

Super crappy customer service. Was told there was one person ahead of me and yet they have helped the person that came in after me. I'm simply trying to make a payment and their machines are down and now it's taken me over 15 mins and still waiting to make a payment. Complete joke and terrible customer service. No signs on their machines saying no cash, girl in the front is obviously flustered. read more

DO NOT USE THIS MOBILE CARRIER!!!!!!!!!! I was an Xfinity customer for almost 2 years. We had their TV and Internet. When they started doing mobile phone service we signed up. (3 lines) We moved from Fort Collins to Berthoud in November 2017, Xfinity was not available in Berthoud so I had to cancel our TV and Internet. I was told that I would have a $10 per line per month charge on my cell bill since I did not have a "core" service. I was fine with this. We moved from Berthoud to Wellington in May of this year. I was so happy to get Xfinity back only to find out that they are not in Wellington. Well, on the 9th of July I accidentally left my phone on the top of my car. As you can guess if fell off and got ran over. I went to Xfinity to get it replaced, they would not do anything for me since I did not have one of their "core" services. I spent 5 days going back and forth with them to get my phone replaced. Explaining that I did not have one of the "core" services because they do not offer service in Wellington, they still acted as though it was somehow my fault!! I even offered to buy a phone from them out right and they still would not help me. The only thing they would say was I had to have one of the "core" services in order for them to help me. In the end they told me that my only option was to go to another carrier. I could not believe my ears!!!! Now I have 2 lines with Xfinity that are nothing more than paper weights as I moved all my lines to another carrier. They will not let me return the other 2 phones and completely cancel my service so now I am stuck with paying for 2 phones that are not used until the devices are paid off. Don't get Xfinity mobile if there is even a minimal chance that you may move from their "core" service area. It really is upsetting as I loved my Xfinity services and really wanted to remain a customer. read more
