    " Your Neighborhood Verizon Bullies"…read more Walking in , I was not greeted or welcomed. The Manager here is a bully, disrespectful and rude, along with a sales associate . Yesterday I went in to purchase a IPhone 17 Pro. ( I came in another time recently to purchase it, about a month ago . The sales associate that was helping me , picked up a call, from his personal cellphone , he answered it , " hello sweetheart " and proceeded to have a full blown conversation . I walked away not making a purchase. His behavior showed he had no regard for me as a customer. ) However the manager and a sales associate , were disrespectful, rude and bullies. First the manager talked to me like he was in a street corner. Using slang, like "let's get real" and moving his hands like a street thug. The dilemma was he and a sales associate were making assumptions about my IPhone 17 Pro Purchase . They made the assumption, I was purchasing it to return it . I and my husband , have been Verizon customers for 25 years . We never returned a phone, we didn't even know that was an option. To the dismay and disappointment of these street smart thug( s) Verizon employees. Not everyone is raised on a street corner to know the street wise hustles . ( However it was very informative for my husband and I ). The manager after accusing I of this behavior despite never meeting me. The manager kept going with his accusation ; and said " Let's get real, if I was a Verizon customer, I would do the same ". I was dumbfounded and speechless. I only wished I was so street smart to know this in all honestly. The manager then said , In a bully manner and tone . " If you return the IPhone, I don't care , just not in my store because it doesn't look good for my store ". He then went in the back with another manager or sales associate to an office with no door. ( 2.) Then when I went to pay the taxes on the IPhone 17 Pro , they said they didn't take cash ( despite listed on their website , it says they do ). I went home , since I own property near this store, in chestnuthill to get my debit card . I came back, the same sales associate was with customers. He didn't bother to look up or greet me . I walked into the store to see if anyone could help me . The manager and sales associate were in the back in a room that has no door . Saying how great the store improved ,since he started managing the store . They stood in the back talking about how great the numbers in the store were and how great they are, big egos . Despite knowing I and another customer needed help . (The door chimes ,when customers enter , they could have cared less about us customers). With only ,one sales associate on the floor . I proceeded to wait for my turn. I flagged down Josh a sales associate , to help me, as he walked in, from the back door . He helped me to the bear minimum. Sold me the IPhone, then ran to the back office with the door closed. (With a film on the door ,that does not allow you to see inside). I needed help and he ran away . This is the most horrific customer service experience, I had in my 25 years with Verizon . This store does not care about the customer. It only cares about their numbers, and store position . This was so adamantly depicted by my experience. It's also like a street wise thug all boys club . (The only woman being an older lady Marie that normally helps me , and acts like a professional woman not a street thug.) I am flabbergasted by my experience and sad . I live near this store it's my neighborhood Verizon Store. I am a Proudly Afro Colombian woman. The manager is a minority to condone his behavior he might turn it into a race thing. I assure you not at all . This is a horrible nightmarish customer service experience at this store . I also reported this to the better business bureau, Verizon and other reviewer sites . This is the way you stand up to " Your Neighborhood Verizon bully" in a civilized society.

And you save money in one area and then they add on things and another area. Then they give you the old oh there's nothing we can do about that that's normal. It's normal because they added things to your account. Also, the manager was very dismissive of any questions I had. In general, the whole place is a mass confusion and a waste of time. If I could, I'd give them less than one

    I looked for phone repair near me and found they were at Newton Centre. I walked in with 2 phones,…read morean iphoneX and a a Samsung. Note: They only fix Apple products - but that was what I really wanted to be brought back to life, so all good. I had given up on the iphone after Apple told me it had a bad motherboard and quoted a high minimum starting price to replace that. He was able to diagnose the issue as being Face ID (which he fixed) and then that there was a camera issue. With a battery added this fix was less than what Apple quoted for the "motherboard." I appreciated that he was happy he could fix it (I was happy too). ** This business is on the lower level at 212 Sumner Street (just beyond Lee's Burgers) at Newton Centre. The sign is easy to miss (I only saw it on my visit to pick up my phone), so I wanted to flag that they are still at that location. I am very satisfied and have already mentioned MiPhone Doctor to another family member. I love a good origin story - the owner is an engineer by background who got into this after learning to fix his own iphone rather than paying what he thought were exorbitant prices at that time. Glad to have discovered MiPhone and highly recommend them.

I hit up all the spots: the mall kiosks, the online stores, the stand alone storefronts, etc. Then, on a whim, while waiting for my bahn mi at the Super 88 food court (delicious, by the way), I decided to pop my head into the tiny Starzzone Communications store. Great move. They know the ins and outs of the plans (they are a T-Mobile dealer), and were able to make solid recommendations based on my list of wants. To top it off, they were friendly. Overall, I was very happy with the service.

    Where to begin... my phone broke at so i take it into starzzone. i immediately notice how small and…read moremessy the place looked. I left my phone there for 7 days then they say they were sent the wrong parts (BS, they never ordered the parts). i think they wait for a similar phone on the internet to swap out parts needed for the repair instead of just ordering a new part. i called a week later. it is now 2 weeks with no phone. on the phone they seemed bored like me wanting to know whats up with my phone was a waste of time for them. they never called me once. ever. at the end of the third week i could not take it anymore. me and my bf (who doesnt put up with any BS) went there to get my phone and either take it to another store or just buy a new one. nothing could be as worse than starzzone was at this point. so i walk in and ask for my phone. a few minutes later a guy comes out and says he cant find it. he asks me who i gave it to. finally he goes and gets it and starts acting all weird. its in about 8 pieces and he wants to look through it to make sure none of his parts are in there. i reminded him that he said the parts were not in yet. lie. he was swaping parts out from different phones and waiting on more parts to surface. i said i dont care just give it to me. he wanted to take it in the back. my bf was like "no quit being all shady and look through it here". he then turns jekel and hyde and flips out on my bf. he asks why i want it, i tell him because they never called me once in three weeks, they didnt fix my phone at all, and they quoted me at 3 days. he said any idiot knows it takes 6 to 8 weeks to fix a phone. 3 days.... nice lil lie. i grabbed my broken phone and left. i should have known something was up when i saw the sign on the wall that read "all phones left here after 30 days of repair are store property". why would any business have to put that kind of a sign up???? really???? i don't know how this place has stayed in business for over 10 yrs. i think they have rich parents that pretty much support their business or something.I mean, its a fly by night operation. The store is the size of my bathroom. he did try to sell me a used (probably stolen from what the word on the street is) phone before i left because i did not want to stand there and argue with him. i thought why, so i have to come back and get it fixed here or find out it's stolen later. and when he gave me the pieces of phone back it was sarcastic and rude with a spiteful grin... like he was saying good luck. ill pay more, they might not be able to fix it, but they at least will tell me the truth and not waste my time. that way i can figure out my options. just really upset that it has been 3 weeks. 3 WEEKS!!!! are you kidding me. what a waste of time.The guys name is Billy and has an asian accent. but i seriously hope that these guys piss off the wrong dude someday and this dude just goes 'rise of the planet of the apes' on them and trashes the store and brakes the counter. worst business i have ever experienced. all the positive reviews are obviously fake and probably done by themselves.
