Hello, I am pleased to write this reference letter for Daniel Jean-Baptiute, who provided exceptional service during my experience with Xfinity. As a customer, I have had the opportunity to interact with many service representatives, but none have exceeded the level of professionalism, expertise, and dedication that Daniel Jean-Baptiute demonstrated. Daniel was attentive, patient, and thorough in understanding my needs. They took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained all available options clearly, and ensured that I was completely satisfied with the resolution. Thank you Daniel !! 02/04/2025 read more

After being billed for a service I don't have (I actually have Consumer Cellular for my cell phones) I did receive a credit from Xfinity for $186.87 on 10/13/26. Now I get another charge on my credit card from Xfinity Mobile for $201.87. The supervisor I spoke to said it was for a 2nd line. I don't even have one line! The supervisor had an attitude and just said there is nothing I can do. So basically he said I can't get a credit and the credit card bill for $201.87 for something I don't have will stick. I did contact the credit card company and they will see what they can do. Between the 2 times I called Xfinity to solve this problem I was on the phone for almost 2 hours. What a terrible company. I strongly suggest to stay away from Xfinity Mobile. read more

**1 Star -- Absolutely the Worst Customer Service I've Ever Experienced** I'm currently in the middle of an incredibly frustrating experience with Xfinity and felt compelled to share. A landscaper accidentally cut my cable line -- which wasn't even buried properly by Xfinity in the first place -- and now I have no internet. You'd think reporting something like that would be simple. Nope. There is **no** way to reach a live person by phone. The app and online support only connect you to a virtual assistant that has no option for reporting a cut wire. It just keeps sending you in circles about troubleshooting your modem, which is useless if your actual line is severed. I ended up having to report it under "tripping hazard" just to try to get someone to acknowledge the issue. Ridiculous. I've now spent over **two hours** trying to get help -- no luck. No live chat, no person to talk to, and I'm still waiting on a promised text "confirming" my issue has been received. All I want is for someone to schedule a tech to come fix a physical cable that was cut because it wasn't buried properly. If you value your time, your sanity, or actual human support, stay far away from Xfinity. This has been nothing short of a nightmare. read more

Had to come in to the xfinity store because all the equipment for my online order was not shipped. The first representative I spoke to (Matt?) was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. His colleague Jimmy however, redeemed the store and the people who work there. He listened and was kind and resolved my issue with grace. I highly recommend working with him. read more

I spent two weeks and 10 phone calls just trying to set up one mobile line. Each call was transferred at least once. I was told I was all set only to get a text with completely different information. Total hassle and infuriating. read more

WORST company, without a doubt, I've ever dealt with. It would take way too long to explain how bad they were and how the highest supervisor in the Loyalty department couldn't/wouldn't help me. Corporate will NOT take calls or allow you to reach them in any way. They hide. Lots of people are going to other companies because of the inept customer service agents and how they cheat you after promising certain cheaper plans. I KNOW that nobody from Comcast cares enough to reach out to their disgruntled customers. You'll see! Nobody from there will contact me after seeing this review! read more

Dumb staff, super slow clock burners. Don't care about helping you. They waste your time on purpose.

Is anyone shocked to hear that I have more often than not been without cable/ internet since January 2- as of today January 14, 2024. Now the four separate service technicians that came to repair the problem all agreed it was an outside wiring issue. We attempted to communicate this to customer service and supervisors but 5 of the 7 supervisors each lied about calling us back to see if the issues were remedied. I can't tell you the exact amount of hours that my sister and I spent on hold or speaking with folks yet I can tell you that is at least 25 hours of my life i will never get back. Comcast has been the most dysfunctional organization i have had the displeasure trying to work with. Stay tuned. The most infuriating aspect is that each and every supervisor has assured us that they would personally remain on our Com Cast dilemma and not one of at least eight did so. I wish we have other options and if there is anyone with suggestions I would be greatful. Today is January 16, 2024. read more

If you have to go to the ends of the earth to avoid XFINITY do it!!! Worst equipment (unless you enjoy constantly rebooting your router) worst speed per $$$ ratio (honestly, do a little research) worst technical support (if you somehow get a live person to come out) and of course the legendary horrible customer support (you can spend hours getting a live person that you can't understand on the phone)...f$&k these guys! read more

horrible company!!!! ordered a phone. i was sent a iphone 15 that was on sos mode. spent 2 months calling every day! no help now i was told after i returned the pos phone that i was allset now they are trying to bill me again saying they can find the phones i returned and even though the iphone never worked i still have to pay!!!!! read more

Have had consistent issues with Xfinity beginning in June 2024 and still have not been resolved 8 months later, and not due to my lack of follow up. Have communicated online with customer service 20+ times, and gone in person 5+ times with little to no resolution. Most recently, Patrick (manager) and Kapoor at this location promised resolution next day, and Kapoor is now ignoring my daily emails for help for a week straight. Horrible customer service, problems are NEVER solved read more

I wish I could go lower. When I first started with this company (over 20 years ago), I had allocated space for a webpage, six e-mails, really good transfer speed -- it was Road Runner back then. AT & T bought that, and Comsuck bought it from them and rebadged as Xfinity. Service has gotten progressively worse (see my prior review). I was up to $232/month when dropped TV service in favor of the app. That gave me a monthly bill of $125. Two years later, I was back at $214. So, I canceled everything except high speed (which is nowhere NEAR the 800 MBPS I'm paying for. Any time I call to get service (for things like today where connection has been in and out all morning), first thing they do is try to sell me more services. I always take that opportunity to ask, "Since I'm calling about services I'm paying for that you cannot reliably provide, what on earth leads you to believe I'm interested in adding more opportunities for you to disappoint?" If dial-up were still an option, I'd probably go back, at this point. This company is utter crap, and they're so deep in the pockets of elected officials that it's not going to change any time soon. If my wife retires, I'll get rid of the high speed, too. Don't do it. These people are villains. read more

The customer service is infuriating. My internet was down, and I wanted to speak to a live human. They won't let you unless you chat with their AI bot first... on my tiny little phone screen. I don't want to "chat" with a computer online. The AI bot can't help me, and I end up with a human anyway. Could have saved 30 minutes of my life and several dozen points on my blood pressure if they just gave me one the first time around. read more

Horrible customer service - can't speak with a real person in the nearby store. The automated voice recording sets you up for a labyrinth in Giza with way out! This is the most pathetic internet service I have ever had for the last 32 years. Absolutely disrespectful of the clients which bring this corporate company existence (through revenues generated from their customers)! In store guys do not know the right hand from the left. In the nutshell, please, choose any other service but not Xfinity, to avoid multiple headaches. Additionally, their advertising deals through TV ads are far beyond the truth. read more

The store is clean and there are a ton of specials going on whether it is with internet, tv, mobile or even home security. This is a one stop shop! read more

If folks are considering engaging Comcast for business or home internet, I advise exercising caution. I have long heard of Comcast's poor customer service. I am now experiencing this first hand. Since 2/1/2022 I have been trying unsuccessfully to transfer an existing service to a different home. Some of the equipment installed is defective. The service does not have all of the features purchased, and does not function as it is supposed to. Comcast has scheduled and then not appeared for repeated appointments. It is virtually impossible to reach a live agent, and even more difficult to reach a domestically based customer service representatives. It is virtually impossible to reach a customer service agent beyond front line workers. No information is provided to do so. read more

Customer service was something else that fixed and show me how to fix, I'm happy with Xfinity team.

Xfinity unfairly charged me for equipment I didn't order and service they were unable to provide. I was an Internet customer but because they sent me a cable box that I didn't order, I decided to get programming added. I called Xfinity and they were unable to provide programming, perhaps the box was faulty. I gave up the effort. At the end of the season I returned this box sent to me by mistake and the internet modem and learned that they were charging me $170 more for the rental of hardware I didn't request and cable programming that was delivered. Customer Service refused to remove this unfair charge. read more

This review is for your stellar employee, Princess. She was so kind, quick, and helpful on what is likely one of the busiest days of the year in Boston. I know everyone was stressed out on moving day, but she genuinely saved the day for me. The customer service she provided was fabulous, give her a raise!!! read more

I was on Verizon my whole life and had no gripes except it was pricey so I recently switched to xfinity mobile because they said it was the same for cheaper I wanted to write this review on google but my cellular was so bad I wasn't allowed to go on the internet, moral of the story bite the bullet and go with Verizon wireless or T mobile this service is worse than Cricket I've literally been stranded 40 minutes away from my house because my maps wouldn't load and I had to drive home from memory. this is hands down the worst cellular data ever and I'm on the best plan y'all offer, you guys literally getting your WiFi from a toaster. read more

This review relates to Infinity Mobile. I am a retired, fixed-income longtime Xfinity (back when it was Cablevision) interne/tv customer and now an Xfinity Mobile customer. I have an iPhone 8 and need a new one. They have absolutely no help,!reduction or promotion for a new iPhone for current customers Unless you add a new line. Terrible. They arebforcing me to Tmobile. I talked to customer care. I talked with the corporate office. Nothing! Shame on them. read more

I'm as surprised as you are, but I had a great experience. The staff had excellent COVID-19 health practices and my guy (Ali) went above and beyond in both giving me detailed help for setting up my WiFi and helping me get a great price. One of the better customer experiences I had; they deserve to have it noted. read more

I would give no stars if I could. I walked in over 30 minutes ago. The two staff people in the store haven't even LOOKED at me. They both seem really incompetent. Stay away! read more

Cancelled my account weeks ago, but Xfinity just charged my credit card this month. When I messaged them they said it was because I had auto-pay turned on in their system. If there is no account then there should be nothing to pay. This is clearly a bad business practice. If someone cancels their account, don't try to charge them and hope they don't notice. read more

Chris is awesome. Great location and great employees, customer service is fantastic, would highly recommend.

They really should invent zero starts for Xfinity. I was talked into getting xfinity mobile. After all, they said, it was on the verizon network. Right, well my cell service went from normal to like I was using a system with two cans and a string. I often went to shaking my phone for service even when the bars said I should have had it. I patiently waited my 50 days and then called to get phone phone unlocked. HA, after an hour on the phone, AN HOUR, they told me that they were having some sort of technical difficulties and I would need to be referred to another team and it would take 48 to 72 hours to resolve. MY ARSE. This was just a way for them to stall and NOT unlock my phone. I spent over an hour just trying to get to the point where they would unlock my phone with ponderous "we are so appreciative" of your service, blah blah blah, but when it came time for them to unlock my phone... they couldn't do it. I am so annoyed at this point I am considering getting rid of cable too. read more

agents not responsive to simple service requests. I had wanted to use a walk-in location so that I could get personal human service and avoid having to deal with Comcast's dreadful phone support. No such luck. These people are clueless and don't know how Comcast's services work, causing me to have to go back to the same (broken) back-end Comcast support read more

I wanted to transfer my three phone lines to another carrier, Verizon, and Verizon told me that my Samsung S9 was incompatible with their service....I tried unlocking it via email and by calls to xfinity mobile. The phone is paid off and I even tried a visit to the store. I called Samsung direct and they checked and told me my phone was locked by Xfinity. I purchased this phone last year and had no idea that I could not switch to another carrier with it. They are so deceptive and no one could help me. I will never do any business with xfinity mobile again and I am thinking of getting rid of my comcast account also. So disgusted with their dishonesty and customer service. Everyone should know this before they purchase a phone from them.. read more

Xfinity, in general, is such an awful company. It is immensely difficult to get in touch with a human being who can help me. If I'm having a technical problem with my account, it is absolutely guaranteed to be at least a 45-minute endeavor. They get away with this because they basically have a monopoly on providing Internet in many locations. Someone please make more Internet companies, so I can escape the terrible Xfinity! read more
