This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I took my car in for exterior work only and it was returned with new issues that had nothing to do with the original repair. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, they immediately blamed the vehicle manufacturer and refused to help. When I raised legitimate concerns, the response was dismissive, hostile, and aggressive. I was spoken to in a disrespectful manner, yelled at, and cursed at clearly an attempt to intimidate me. Completely unprofessional behavior from people who should be standing behind their work. This shop does not value customers. Once payment is secured, accountability disappears. If something goes wrong, expect excuses, deflection, and aggressive treatment instead of solutions. If you care about your car or being treated with basic respect, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. read more

So I was on the freeway commuting to work when I got rear ended by someone while traffic was approaching on the 118 freeway. In all cases, my vehicle was struck by another and the other party's insurance covered the damage. He is a professional, and compared to other shops that I've gone to -- well, there is no comparison. Kris worked with me to get a fair amount from the insurer to cover the damage. Believe me, had I needed to go it alone, the payment would have been significantly lower. Kris takes a personal interest in his customers. It doesn't matter if it is a "ding," or full body damage, he knows what to do -- and does it. Kris was introduced to me by a friend who I trust. I am not disappointed. Kris has been an enthusiast since he was 14. He has been in the automotive business for years, but recently started his body shop in an auto mall in Chatsworth. Unite "T". Kris does utterly fabulous work. My Honda CR-V was smacked by a bad driver. Insurance called my Honda "totaled." I wouldn't accept that. This car was GIVEN to me a few years ago by a dear friend, since deceased. IT WAS NOT GOING TO THE SCRAP HEAP! Kris has just finished his work; he delivered the Honda last night. She gleams like a diamond! There is zero evidence of damage from the collision -- no ripples, no high spots, just amazing! Not ony that, Kris and his assistant sanded, repainted and polished other worn areas so the car would be uniform in appearance. Wow! I've had other cars needing body work and the shop ONLY painted the damaged area. Kris took his time -- I wasn't in a great hurry for the job to be completed -- and he did it well within the dollar amount the other driver's insurance company paid. While the Honda was being repaired, I used a backup car that we keep for emergencies. THAT car, aVW new beetle was hit from the rear - twice - by a very rude driver. His insurance accepted responsibility and paid for repairs. Guess who is working on the beetle, now? Yep! It is Kris. and when he is finished, I have two vintage vehicles for him to do, as well.
