We have attached a photograph of an actual instrument cluster of a van Longwood is currently advertising. If you zoom in on the photo you will see it is an aftermarket speedometer bolted in with 4 bolts. It is not the factory original gauge that came with the van. We estimate that this van has closer to a half a million miles rather than the 135,707 they claim. I knew I needed a very highly skill team to do the installation since this is not only a safety concern but also involves working on a new vehicle with some fairly innovative features that allows it to be flat towed. After meeting with Sidney the owner and his wife I knew I had found the expertise I was hoping for, Sidney looked over all the components I purchased directly from RoadMaster and we scheduled the installation. Sidney and Harrison his installer have completed this type of installation many times but with Ford's refresh on this new Maverick for 2025 there were some unique challenges and of course some concerns on my part being I wanted a very clean and non-destructive installation. Well the installation was completed in one day and after meeting with the folks at Pioneer Trailer it's no surprise to me that their outstanding reputation was earned and a business that I will turn to for any of my towing needs going forward, I highly recommend visiting this locally owned business. My project was completed on time and for the estimate cost we discussed but more importantly is the care they showed for my vehicle and the quality of work they provided I am extremely pleased...

From the very beginning they were friendly, professional & helpful. I was not there for load up, my husband said they had 4 guys & worked hard, & packed the truck with care. (I do know that furniture was wrapped extremely well) At delivery, we only had 2 guys. Brandon & Dakota. TBH, probably should have been 3. These young men worked their asses off in 104° heat, having to cart everything down the long driveway since they couldn't get the truck in due a couple of issues. I felt so bad for them & was really worried about them... gave them water & even had Travis & Em p/u Gatorade for them. All of this to say, I highly recommend using D.C. Moore & Son. The employees, yes... employees not random day laborers, are fantastic... the cost is competitive. It did cost more than the estimate, but it was worth it & still less than other phone estimates from other companies with worse reviews.
