What a beautiful relaxing river cruise! We've wanted to do this for a long time and had to…read morepostpone a couple times due to weather conditions. It was warm but not hot. There's a breeze while boat moves along. There's a roof on boat so we could be in shade as we cruised. Our Guide name Jamie knew so much about natural habits and we saw all kinds of birds, many gators - babies and what I think was a bull Gator by his size alone! Very peaceful. Our grandkids (13, 11 and 9) enjoyed it best the first hour. They got a little bored after that but the fresh air and sunshine was good for all of us! The boat is easy to get on and off, it was level with dock. Water levels can change, especially after a big storm. You can buy water on board if wanted. You can take your own and snacks if you want. Tips are appreciated.

We booked a tour for six of us online. A couple days prior, I got a call saying there weren't…read moreenough people booked on that tour for them to actually take the boat out. They offered to rebook us on another day and time of our choosing. Well, I happened to be in the car when they called so accessing my schedule while I was on the phone, was not an easy task. The lady on the phone seemed SUPER annoyed with me the entire conversation. TWICE she asked if I would like to call her back. I'm sorry- are you THAT busy that you can't wait for two seconds while I pull up my calendar?!! I was so irritated by this lady's rude behavior that I almost said forget it. Refund us. We don't want to support you. You are being rude. However, my in laws were coming from out of town and I wanted them to experience the springs and the manatees. I had an entire week of activities planned for us so I just needed a second to check my calendar. If the lady who called was SOOOO BUSY, then why did she choose that time to call me? I will not get over this. Her customer service got the job done and we rescheduled but I will not forget how rude she was. On the day of our tour, we checked in at the little shack on the dock. Our tour guide was super funny! He was narrating our tour and making jokes. He was interacting with everyone on the boat. It was a cold day but we were able to see one large sunbathing gator and some hawks and other birds. The manatees were best seen from the shoreline walkway. We left a large tip for the tour guide and thanked him. He probably has no idea that the lady in the office is a real jerk.

By far, the best Cruise Consultant we ever worked with is Natalia Chitorog from Cruise Vacation Outlet [800-797-4635 Ext. 140; 407-275-2244 Ext. 140; or Natalia@CruiseVacationOutlet.com]. Before we book a cruise, we research prices, perks, and we know the cabin we want. This makes our bookings easy for agents to handle. However, what makes an agent "stand out" is when there is a change in plans. For example, if our son has time off and wants to join us, or when we see a special deal offered on an upgraded cabin. In these situations, we can always count on Natalia to immediately contact the cruise line, get back to us promptly, and change our bookings accordingly. Natalia has superb customer service skills, knows her stuff, and how to get things done. We continue to recommend Natalia to many passengers during our cruises. She is a "one-in-a-million Cruise Consultant and certainly the "go-to" agent for us.......Every time. Thank you, Natalia!!! If we could give you 10 STARS we would! Once I had questions or concerns, it became very difficult to get a response, and I had to follow up multiple times just to receive an answer. I was also promised onboard dining as part of my booking, but when I boarded the ship, the dining credit was not there. When I asked to speak with a manager to resolve the issue, the experience became even worse. The manager was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional instead of trying to help. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this travel agency. Good customer service shouldn't end once the booking is complete.

The trolley broke its own schedule and left…read moreus stranded. On Friday, August 28, 2026, I used this trolley service with my 15-year-old son. We had planned this trip with a lot of excitement just to please him, as he wanted to ride the SunRail train from Orlando to Downtown Sanford. Unfortunately, the experience turned into a nightmare due to the absolute irresponsibility of this transit service.I checked the official trolley information board, and the last trip of the night was scheduled for just after 9:00 p.m. Being cautious, we were waiting at the stop starting at 8:00 p.m. However, the trolley never showed up to pick us up and take us back to the station, breaking its own schedule and leaving us completely stranded. Because of this, we missed the last train back to Orlando. The situation was extremely critical and dangerous for two reasons:Wheelchair Accessibility: My son uses a power wheelchair. Since we had no accessible transportation, we had to wait sitting on a sidewalk bench until 12:00 midnight for a family member to drive all the way from Orlando to Sanford to pick us up and take us back to where we had parked our minivan. Since their car did not have enough room for the power wheelchair, I had to leave it stored at a local ice cream shop (I am infinitely grateful to that business for their big heart) and return to Sanford the next day just to retrieve it.Medical Equipment: Most seriously, my son relies on medical oxygen. The tank began to run low, and he barely had enough left because, due to this transit service, we did not make it back to our home in Orlando until almost 1:00 a.m.This is a complete lack of respect, a potential medical emergency caused by negligence, and a violation of accessibility laws. If you publish a schedule on your information board, you are obligated to follow it. The awful experience, the anxiety of watching the oxygen tank drop, and the complication of leaving the wheelchair behind completely ruined what should have been a special day for my son. Do not trust this service.
