Booked these guys on 2 different occasions. Ned was great and was in rich with me the entire time, even when there were some delays due to weather. I did the basic detail offer through A Mediocre Time with Tom and Dan. It was a great deal. Ned took the time to wash my car inside and out with a full vacuum, outside wash and wax. My cars honestly looked brand new after he was done and the wife loved the air fresheners that were left after the wash. We will definitely be using EMS again! read more

Service was great! He called me about an hour before the appointment time to confirm everything. I was unsure if I might be running a little late getting home from work, and he assured me not to worry, if he had to wait a little while he said that was fine. He also mentioned that he could switch me to later on that same day if I needed. Luckily I made it home in time and he showed up on time for the appointment with everything in tow in a small trailer. He got everything set up and went over everything he planned to do and the order of events. He then asked if there were any areas I thought needed special attention. I didn't have anything so they got to work. It was Reese and one other guy who's name I can't remember. Reese runs the business and did everything he could to make sure I was happy. I think they took about two hours total to complete the job. I was very happy with the results. Car looked new! The wheels were cleaner than I ever saw them and everything was nice and shiny. All in all i was very impressed with the attention to detail and the work they put into the car. I will definitely be a repeat customer. read more

I had this car detail service out to clean my husband's car as a gift. After the first clean, I was disappointed as my expectations were clearly different from theirs. For one, they do not move car seats out of the car, which I understand, but had I known I would have moved them myself. To me, the reason I was having the car detailed was because of the two kids that usually sit in the back. After contacting the company, the owner Reese called up to make things right and sent the technician back out to re-clean to my satisfaction. The rating was 5 stars for years. DO NOT HIRE is my current advice. Reese and his partner Jeremy used to do all the work. They started farming it out in the Orlando area over the last year or two and the quality has nosedived. I was a customer for years. I had to let them go today. I spent about $1000 this year for 2 car service and 4 gift packages. Their local hire Ned Golden refused to give me services agreed to with the owner Reese Peacock even though I have a written description of the service to be given by Reese. I am afraid it is another case of a service outgrowing it's ability to deliver quality. read more

I would give them a zero if I could. They sent me a reminder about their appointment the next day and if you don't let them know if you need to cancel, you will be charged. Then my wife waits around all day for them and no show or phone call or anything. I gave this to her for Christmas to have her car detailed and they sure make me look like sh*t. Reese is top notch. We scheduled an appt after he explained the details. He called later and asked to reschedule the appt by moving it up a day, just to make his own schedule more efficient. We had plenty of notice and we appreciated the fact that he was being so efficient since he drives up from Daytona to do the work. Everything was as promised and then some. He worked really hard to remove a very persistent stain and did better than we could have hoped. He's highly professional and does great work. I was surprised at how appreciative he was at us providing him with beverages and the offer to use our bathroom if the need arose. Do people not realize how much physical effort goes into a detail, especially in the Florida heat? Anyway, this business is a class act. We'll likely enroll in the VIP club which sounds like a smokin' deal. read more

The service tech showed up on time after they reschulded by 2 weeks due to illness, He started the job but was easly distracted when I came over to where he was working. The vehicles were cleaned inside & the outside was also done Had to loook over & point out sereral areas where the treatment was not removed, had to redo the front area as spots were missed in cleaning. The windows well thats another story I had to redo them as they were left with water marks & swipes of cloth where he tryed to clean but in the light were very badly cleaned. sometimes one doesn't get a second chance to make a first impression read more
