Out of curiosity several days later I took to an high traffic area on hand and knees with resolve carpet stain and spot remover and was able to remove the dirt. The third photo is before the second is after Capital cleaned, the first is the sport I cleaned with Resolve. Needless to say I will never use this company again as it was just a total waste of money.

For example, cleaning inside house, the ductwork, carpet, painting bedrooms and basement, as well as other items. We had family flying in from out of our state, and this company moved fast to get the work done so our family would have a healthy environment for their visit. We had the owner (Al) personally come to our home, with the project estimator (Joe), to see the scope of the work needed and develop a plan. Thereafter they assigned project manager Brad to make sure he met our needs and our time constraints in getting the work completed. He was awesome. He was in constant contact with us and made sure all the different work crews got their parts of the work completed in a timely fashion. The painters (Kyle, Mark, & Brian) were very professional experienced painters and did a great job.
