    I just officially joined the Wynnfit family, and wow, this is the fitness tribe I never knew I needed! What started as a little nudge from friends (and lots of curiosity after stalking their stories ) turned into one of the best decisions I've made this year! If you know me, you know I get bored fast And if something doesn't fit my schedule, challenge me, or feed my soul, I'm out. I'd even heard that CrossFit-style workouts can be "too intense" or cause wear and tear... but the curious girl in me had to see for myself. And guess what? I'm hooked! It's only been a week, but walking into Wynnfit honestly felt like stepping into the most supportive, high-energy community ever. Everyone cheers each other on, no judgment, just pure motivation and good vibes! Coach Billy deserves a major shoutout! He's hands-on, super approachable, and makes sure you're moving safely and confidently every step of the way. As we get older, we realize how precious our time is And let's be real, working out at home (aka my pandemic garage gym ) means I get distracted by everything. "Okay, 30 more minutes" turns into two hours later... still in warm-up mode ‍ But booking a class? Totally different game. You show up, you commit, you crush it and you leave feeling AMAZINNNGGGGGG!!!!!!!!! So to all my busy bees out there! If you're looking for something fun, structured, and ridiculously motivating, Wynnfit is the move! 10/10 recommend!!!! Go check it out and see what you've been missing!

My overall health feels stronger, and my mental health is much better. I feel calmer, in my stress and my anxiety reduce a lot. The environment feels welcoming and family friendly. You feel comfortable from the moment you're walk in. NICK the trainer is a professional patient and very encouraging. He takes the time to understand your goals and help you to stay motivated. His guidance helps me to stay consistent and confident through my fitness journey. This gym is more than a place to work out. Nick pushed me to test my limits in the best way possible, helping me work toward losing weight while rebuilding strength and muscle. On top of that, he's kind, patient, and genuinely supportive -- he always made me feel encouraged rather than intimidated.     Personal story: I was definitely intimidated coming to my…read morefirst class of CORE. I knew before hand that they used weights and the workouts definitely looked intense to what I'm used to. Instead of giving into that intimidation I walked into the gym with a free mind, and was going to accept any workout that was thrown at me. My first day was amazing, I never knew that my little arms and my body could do half the movements that were listed for the day's workout. Let alone do movements with a weight heavier than I am. The Coaches here are wonderful! They are all friendly and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to fitness, weight lifting techniques , and how to not injure yourself in the process. They are extremely patient and work with you and your body's capabilities. Like i said. . weights are used. But don't let that scare you. I was not too fond of heavy weights before either . But with my first CORE class, I picked up that heavy weight and actually performed a movement with it (Hang Clean) .. I Felt awesome (HEHE)! Especially because I have always doubted myself and how strong my body can be. The workout atmosphere here is amazing. Everyone around you is basically working towards the same goal. So everyone is either helping/cheering each other on to help you get through the workout. The age group varies from teens - seniors. Yes , seniors. I've seen some older men and women front squat weights heavier than I am. I'm not the biggest fan of working out but I love going to her classes and feel accomplished after her workouts. The class sizes are small with anywhere from approx 2-6 people per session. You workout as a group but everything is personalized for each individual (Kim tells you how much weight to grab) and everything is done at your own pace so you don't have to worry about what level your fitness or strength is at... Just know you'll be getting stronger everyday from when you start! Many of the workouts include weights (dumbbells, kettle bells, etc), TRX/resistance bands, boxing, etc... Keeps the workout fun and challenging every time. If you have an injury or issue holding you back, Kim will modify a workout that's best for you. Give her a try, you won't be disappointed. Kim's hours are Monday-Friday 10:30-11:30am 11:30-12:30 4:00-5:00pm 5:00-6:00pm She also has a 3:00-4:00pm session on Fridays and 9:30-10:30 class on tues/thurs.

She personalizes your workouts to what YOU need and she is always there if you have questions, concerns or are on the verge of a mental breakdown because you think it's too hard and you can't go on. When you first start you think she is only your trainer and that she will be barking orders at you like you are a Marine in bootcamp but quickly you discover that she has a specially way to motivate you without getting in your face (don't get me wrong, she will give you a subtle nudge when she sees you not doing the routine lol) and best of all she becomes one of your best friends! All of her clients are nice, fun people and we all become a little family, or as she calls us....her army of badasses! Lol Come join the fun! There is always room for more in Kim's Army!
