Wyn Spa offer an excellent massage. It is additionally very fairly priced, so I highly recommend.

After Woodhouse's most recent renovation, the Quiet Room feels like a Starbucks seating area, where I should whip out my laptop and hop on a Zoom call. Several small, dining-height tabletops and lots of tiny, hard chairs. What happened to the comfy chaise lounges with the big, fluffy pillows? There's a small water station (cool, no ice) and a few small to-go snacks, but that's it. I was led to the locker room and shown my locker, but never offered a water or mimosa, not even instructed to sit in the Quiet Room while I waited. Maybe this was because they knew I was a return customer, but still...

They have complimentary snacks and flavored water. There are also still cozy blankets throughout the room you can use. I will say the chairs are not super comfortable so which I would bet is to ensure you don't lounge around all day. The complimentary drink situation hasn't changed, but they have added clarification at the front desk and in the lounge. ONE complimentary drink is offered (wine, champagne, mimosa, tea) and you can choose to have it prior to your service or after. I would recommend if you are arriving less than 30min before your service OR it's busy, get your drink AFTER! There are only so many staff members and if it's busy your drink won't be delivered with enough time to actually enjoy it prior to your service. They have removed the door from the shower and replaced it with a curtain so it's easier to spot. HOWEVER, they do not offer towels larger than a washcloth, so if you plan to shower BRING your OWN towel! They do however have complimentary shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. For the first time I ever I included a facial to my visit. The Repair and Revive facial was incredibly relaxing and my skin looked wonderful! I do wish more instruction had been offered when I checked in as this was my first facial. For ex: - Do I wear a robe, or go in my clothes? A: Either. You take off your top and they have you wear a wrap before climbing under a warm blanket and lay on a table (like a massage). - Should I shower before because I won't want to wash my face after? A: yes. Sunscreen and other creams were added to my face so I did not want to shower after. -Should I have my hair done or leave it messy after a massage? A: They massage your neck and around your hairline with oils then wrap a soft headband around your hair to keep it off your face. I had a new woman giving my massage and a new woman do my facial and both were incredible. I have yet to request the same person when I return because truly no matter who I get, they are incredible!

Please don't let the online scheduling portal detour you from enjoying the luxury and superior customer service Spavia has to offer. I wouldn't even bother trying to book an appointment online if you're a first time guest - just call! Per other Yelpers, I booked with John because I enjoy deep tissue and apparently he is great (spoiler alert: HE IS THE BEST!!). Heads up though that he is booked weeks in advance, and yes, he is worth the wait! Upon arrival you are greeted with a warm neck pillow while you fill out a simple new guest form. Standard questions like "where is your pain generally located" etc. As an avid massage receiver, I've never been asked "what music do you prefer during your massage" or "what scent would you like?" The customization they offer is top notch and I appreciated the options. Once your form has been completed, you're taken back to the immaculate locker room and provided with a robe and sandals. This robe...WOW. It was probably the most lush piece of clothing I've ever placed upon my body. I wish they sold them at the spa because I would've purchased immediately with zero buyers remorse. You are shown a locker to place your belongings in with a lock, so you don't have to worry about leaving your purse/jewelry while you enjoy your chosen service(s). There is also a restroom and shower. Once changed, you migrate to the waiting area where water and tea is provided if you'd like. Okay, now to the best part, the massage... FIVE STARS. John was extremely professional, listened to my areas of concern and the 60 minutes felt like two hours. He was very meticulous and the pressure was exactly what I wanted, firm and deep. If you like firm, book with John. I can't rave enough about him!! Overall experience exceeded my expectations and upon check out I booked another massage with John and a facial. Thank you Spavia for allowing me to relax for once since having my baby 4 months ago!

Both times me and my husband got the couples massage, so I can't speak to any foot rubs, but they do a seriously great job everywhere else. They always answer my call with a friendly, "hello my friend!" Even after I've been away for months, they remember me and my preferences, which speaks volumes about their dedication and care. We've had our fair share of massages in life especially at resorts and out of everything this has been AMAZING! Firstly, booking was easy and they have plenty of availability! We were interested in add-on/enhancements so we came early to discuss and Kai was awesome at explaining everything. We booked a Couple's Wellness Massage and my husband added the Apricot Oil and I added the CBD and we were offered a promotion for the Himalayan Hot Stones. The massage was a combination of Swedish and Thai that included stretching plus our add-ons and I've never felt better. We had dinner afterwards or I would've also gotten the scalp + face massage. I'm coming back to see Yoshi for it all...she was fabulous! My only issue was that at the beginning when we were changing someone knocked and opened the door immediately. Not sure who it was and not happy about that part cause I wasn't ready. They offered us drinks at the end and even took our pictures! The front desk receptionist is a photographer per Kai and he did got a great shot!

I was immediately comfortable and settled in for a full body massage with CBD oil add on and Hot Stones. Do the hot stones!!! This was my first time at Spa Habitat and it was above and beyond my expectations. Sometimes in massages I feel obligated to make chit chat and small talk, not here. Sometimes during massages, the therapist sort of misses the mark and doesn't pinpoint all the right areas, but not here. It was the best massage I've ever had, from my scalp to my toes, I really felt like each movement was intentional and done with precision. I relaxed and got out of my head! I needed a lot of help on my shoulders, neck, and hips, and the pressure and attention to my muscles & spine were just so good. She is gold! Thank you Afsoon. So worth the visit! Worth the investment!
