Still as great as when I updated my review last year, so for great info, read that. This is simply…read morean addendum (wink) ... The co-ed lounge still offers space to sit and wait. They have complimentary snacks and flavored water. There are also still cozy blankets throughout the room you can use. I will say the chairs are not super comfortable so which I would bet is to ensure you don't lounge around all day. The complimentary drink situation hasn't changed, but they have added clarification at the front desk and in the lounge. ONE complimentary drink is offered (wine, champagne, mimosa, tea) and you can choose to have it prior to your service or after. I would recommend if you are arriving less than 30min before your service OR it's busy, get your drink AFTER! There are only so many staff members and if it's busy your drink won't be delivered with enough time to actually enjoy it prior to your service. They have removed the door from the shower and replaced it with a curtain so it's easier to spot. HOWEVER, they do not offer towels larger than a washcloth, so if you plan to shower BRING your OWN towel! They do however have complimentary shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. For the first time I ever I included a facial to my visit. The Repair and Revive facial was incredibly relaxing and my skin looked wonderful! I do wish more instruction had been offered when I checked in as this was my first facial. For ex: - Do I wear a robe, or go in my clothes? A: Either. You take off your top and they have you wear a wrap before climbing under a warm blanket and lay on a table (like a massage). - Should I shower before because I won't want to wash my face after? A: yes. Sunscreen and other creams were added to my face so I did not want to shower after. -Should I have my hair done or leave it messy after a massage? A: They massage your neck and around your hairline with oils then wrap a soft headband around your hair to keep it off your face. I had a new woman giving my massage and a new woman do my facial and both were incredible. I have yet to request the same person when I return because truly no matter who I get, they are incredible!

After Woodhouse's most recent renovation, the Quiet Room feels like a Starbucks seating area, where I should whip out my laptop and hop on a Zoom call. Several small, dining-height tabletops and lots of tiny, hard chairs. What happened to the comfy chaise lounges with the big, fluffy pillows? There's a small water station (cool, no ice) and a few small to-go snacks, but that's it. I was led to the locker room and shown my locker, but never offered a water or mimosa, not even instructed to sit in the Quiet Room while I waited. Maybe this was because they knew I was a return customer, but still...

Please don't let the online scheduling portal detour you from enjoying the luxury and superior customer service Spavia has to offer. I wouldn't even bother trying to book an appointment online if you're a first time guest - just call! Per other Yelpers, I booked with John because I enjoy deep tissue and apparently he is great (spoiler alert: HE IS THE BEST!!). Heads up though that he is booked weeks in advance, and yes, he is worth the wait! Upon arrival you are greeted with a warm neck pillow while you fill out a simple new guest form. Standard questions like "where is your pain generally located" etc. As an avid massage receiver, I've never been asked "what music do you prefer during your massage" or "what scent would you like?" The customization they offer is top notch and I appreciated the options. Once your form has been completed, you're taken back to the immaculate locker room and provided with a robe and sandals. This robe...WOW. It was probably the most lush piece of clothing I've ever placed upon my body. I wish they sold them at the spa because I would've purchased immediately with zero buyers remorse. You are shown a locker to place your belongings in with a lock, so you don't have to worry about leaving your purse/jewelry while you enjoy your chosen service(s). There is also a restroom and shower. Once changed, you migrate to the waiting area where water and tea is provided if you'd like. Okay, now to the best part, the massage... FIVE STARS. John was extremely professional, listened to my areas of concern and the 60 minutes felt like two hours. He was very meticulous and the pressure was exactly what I wanted, firm and deep. If you like firm, book with John. I can't rave enough about him!! Overall experience exceeded my expectations and upon check out I booked another massage with John and a facial. Thank you Spavia for allowing me to relax for once since having my baby 4 months ago!

The Only feedback I would have is the communication in what's required when you're getting packages. My reflexology was supposed to be 20 min just feet and that didn't happen. We've had our fair share of massages in life especially at resorts and out of everything this has been AMAZING! Firstly, booking was easy and they have plenty of availability! We were interested in add-on/enhancements so we came early to discuss and Kai was awesome at explaining everything. We booked a Couple's Wellness Massage and my husband added the Apricot Oil and I added the CBD and we were offered a promotion for the Himalayan Hot Stones. The massage was a combination of Swedish and Thai that included stretching plus our add-ons and I've never felt better. We had dinner afterwards or I would've also gotten the scalp + face massage. I'm coming back to see Yoshi for it all...she was fabulous! My only issue was that at the beginning when we were changing someone knocked and opened the door immediately. Not sure who it was and not happy about that part cause I wasn't ready. They offered us drinks at the end and even took our pictures! The front desk receptionist is a photographer per Kai and he did got a great shot!

In comparison to my prior visits, my facial this year (Jan. 2026) was not comprehensive. The specialist did not include my neck and décolletage in the facial or a steam session. When I asked about it, I was told that those areas are only done by request. I found this to be odd because I was taught that the neck and décolletage always get the same treatment as the face. I never had to make such requests in the past. This exception is not stated on the website. The extraction process was minimal at best and I definitely had a significant area that I had to finish extracting/smoothing at home on my own. The shoulder massage was lackluster - I specified medium pressure on my intake form. The pressure used was very light. When I asked for firmer pressure, there was minimal improvement. I won't give up on Spa Habitat yet but I'll try a different location and ask questions ahead of time about the staff and what service levels to expect. My prior visits were fantastic so I'm disappointed that I can't say the same for 2026. The products used for the facial and the apothecary mud wrap were great.

She was so vibrant and lively! I loved the different areas of the soaks, and the saunas. They have a description for each one you soak in along with the temperature. I even conquered the cold plunge for a few minutes. They have everything here to relax and it makes for a great recovery day after a hard workout. It was just a great experience all throughout. The ladies area was spacious; and had plenty of lockers and showers throughout. And they had a machine that drys your swimsuit which was plenty neat! We did the all day pass which allows you unlimited access from open until close. That cost about $95 since it was the weekend. I'll definitely be back!

Water stations to fill up cups, so you can take an empty cup. We didn't plan on eating so only one card was put on file. We decided to eat there and I went to the front desk to add my card to my wristband. That took 15 mins and repeated questions and inserting card and providing my info several times. Okay, no biggie. I order food for the 4 of us - $70 later; 30 mins have passed and buzzer still hasn't gone off. I see people done eating who ordered AFTER ME! I go check and I'm asked what I had and they will get it made. Why did I wait 30 mins?? 10 mins later we have our food. Then I find out they don't charge my card, it was the other person who had their card on file. What a hassle. They don't have Zelle and having to leave early to get cash to pay her back. What a mess. Service here is not it. For these reasons, I'll stick with Spa King. Always great service there and never had this kind of service issue.
