I needed to make an appointment with a primary or np before I could see a neurologist for further testing to make sure everything was ok because I knew this wasn't normal. I didn't have a primary (as I don't have any health conditions nor get sick, ever). I found NP Secil on ZocDoc with raving 5 star reviews. I didn't see the one that would have warned me of the same exact thing I experienced. So I urge you to always read ALL reviews. Anyway, first off - she did no testing on me before sending a prescription for augmentin & told me I had a sinus infection. For one, augmentin is not something you just hand out w/o being certain. Then, I requested blood work be done to make sure everything else was normal. Two of her "medical assistants" couldn't find a vein. Then she tried & also couldn't find a vein initially. She requests that I allow her to draw blood from the artery in my wrist. Hesitant, I ask her why she needs to do that as I have never had any blood drawing issues & she says she does it all the time & it'll be easier. Mind you, she hadn't even tried my left arm at this point. I tell her I don't want her to & to try my left arm, she tries it & what do ya know.... she gets some blood! Ontop of this, I wanted to talk about weight loss as I confided that I have been battling weight gain (due to several reasons) she tells me I'm a beautiful girl & shouldn't be sad but to come back for a follow up appointment & we'd discuss my test results & weightloss then because she had to go on lunch. I say ok (trusting her). The following week comes by & I call over the phone for my test results as the entire experience later had me feeling strange about coming back as well as finding out from my ins they are not in my network (although they told me they were when I gave them my ins card). They say they don't have a secure email or phone line so they can't give it to me over the phone & that I HAVE to come in for an appt to discuss them. I speak with Secil as she also gave me her cell number & she urges that they are "in the process" of accepting my ins & sent in the paperwork to accept BCBS. What?! But proceeds to tell me that no matter what, she will still not charge me since I was told one thing. Fast forward to now, I get a bill from her "lab" for $118 for labwork. I called her this morning & she was loud & rude over the phone then proceeded to text where she then belittles me telling me if I press charges I'm a "little fish in a big pond" & that I will still be "fat, depressed & hate myself" Absolutely sickening to come from a healthcare "professional". No one should ever have to get shamed by someone who claims they specialize in weight loss to help people be a better version of themselves & completely throw their weight issues in their face all because she was dishonest & was called out on her dishonesty! I will never in any lifetime wish this experience on anyone. And for the record, I work in healthcare & I see people everyday battling disorders & depression that may or may not cause them to gain weight & the last thing any of these people need is to be texted that they are still fat & depressed! Never ok! It's a great thing I'm no teenager on the brink of suicide & that I'm an adult confident that I will get back to my old self & actually taking strides to better my health.

He said it was small and didn't need to remove or do anything with during the sleeve procedure. I had given him a list of my medicines which shown I had been on acid reflux medication for a long time, but he agreed the sleeve would be a good choice. Got the sleeve done in July 2025. I had to spend 2 nights in the hospital following surgery because I don't deal well with anesthesia so after being rushed to walk around and also drink, I kept vomiting. Got that under control finally and was able to come home. Come October I started having horrible acid reflux. I couldn't eat, talk, or walk without vomiting. I called his office and went to see him. His words were "I am not saying you are lying, but I don't see anything wrong." On the edge of crying because what am I supposed to do now. He did up my stomach pill so now I am taking 80 mg of it in the morning and in the evening. Which by the way my insurance isn't covering this dose because well it is just uncalled for. Now I am on the schedule with the PA. I see her the next couple times. Come February 2026 visit I get a call to confirm my appointment and to pay my copay of $40 but I am in another doctor appointment so I cannot answer at that time. They leave a message. Before I am out of this appointment, I am looking at my email's and I see they canceled my appointment because I didn't call back and pay my co-pay. I called them back when I was out and asked why and that is what they told me. So we schedule for the following week. Not thinking the day they would call to collect my co-pay would be another day I would be in another appointment. Sure, enough the same thing happened. After this round of canceling, I decided at this moment they are not there to treat me, they are there to collect my money. I need a doctor who cares about my health not my money.
