I've been told many times they will contact me when stock comes in (never have been contacted) Recently prices have skyrocketed on small cheap accessories (small tip used to be$1.99 now is $6.99) But the final straw.. bought a disposable that stopped working in less than 24 hrs and they refuse to exchange it. You have to buzz to get in, to get in…read more Don't make direct eye contact with anyone and you might be fine--though I'm honestly not sure. I've seen several employees here with guns hanging out of the tops of their sweatpants (this was before they were allegedly raided, shut down, and then reopened), which, frankly, I saw coming. They sell glass, a decent vape selection, "water pipes", hookah (mostly gun related designs), hookah accessories, wrapping papers etc. they even used to have a thc slushie machine. Which didn't feel legit and more than likely wasn't legit as its presence was unaccounted for after the alleged raid. They only take cash and run it through a Clover POS system, claiming it's for "inventory management." Odd. Clover isn't meant for inventory management; it's often used by business owners who don't really understand what "effective credit card processing rates" mean and have loose definitions of shrinkage numbers. Overall I give them one Star for the store itself and a second Star for the hustle.

As others have noted, the atmosphere is very congenial and you can try tons of different flavors with absolutely no pressure to purchase. Also, the prices seemed good as opposed to what I had seen online. It was great to receive personal attention from the owner, and let me again stress that he went out of his way (even getting a mouthful of juice from my leaking tank, which he fixed) to help me out! Also of note: All of the juices that I saw here were at least 60% VG; as opposed to the online store I bought from where their juices were at least 60% PG. I'm not saying that either one is better, just letting people know what the selection is here!

She got very defensive and said "we don't do anything that supports juul because they have thrown the vaping industry under the bus." I informed her that I was from out of state and where I was located they sold pods that were not juul pods but they were flavored and fit into the Juul devices. she continued her tirade about how awful juul was and said they had other pod devices. At this point she started walking away from me. I asked her about the laws in Missouri concerning flavored pods and she said she wasn't sure. At this point I left. I feel like this was a missed opportunity considering she didn't even bother to attempt to educate me on the other devices that they had. It was also pretty rude that she walked away from me before I was done asking her questions. Seems that whatever she was working on was more important than answering my questions. Completely unwelcoming. I guess I'm not "cool" enough the shop in the store. I'll take my money elsewhere.
