I could not be happier with my entire experience with the Frontier folks. After not visiting a chiropractor in decades, it was long past time to address my long list of health and mobility issues with a holistic approach. At the top of my wish list was a desperate wish to get relief from symptoms related to my sliding hiatal hernia and GERD, so I am now in my fourth week of receiving visceral manipulation treatments with Dr. Ottomeyer. I am thrilled to finally get relief from numerous stubborn symptoms that have plagued me for years related to this condition. Miracles do happen! After I complete this series of treatments, I plan to move on to address other ailments as well as begin seeing Dr. O in his capacity as a functional medicine practitioner. I look forward to each and every visit, not only because I'm so excited to see the continued progress with my hernia/GERD issues, but also because Dr. O just seems so genuinely happy to see me. The visits go quickly, but oddly, they never, ever feel rushed. I feel like he listens intently to every word I say, and he always has thoughtful, meaningful responses and advice that I'm happy to follow. And my satisfaction doesn't end there. The entire staff is a pure delight to deal with, from the moment I enter the building until I leave. I'd like to give a special shout-out to Jennifer for going above and beyond last Friday when she realized I was having a needy moment. She's an angel! All of the staff have been wonderful to deal with, whether it's on the phone or in person. They make each and every patient feel like they have VIP status. You can't ask for better than that. And as if that's not enough, the price for "all the things" is amazingly affordable. I'm so happy to have discovered this place! I am happily looking forward to a long relationship with Frontier and to better health and more mobility and functionality as my body ages. read more

Went for the first time on Saturday 4/14 per my wife's recommendations, which we all know as married talk for your going to this chiropractor on Saturday. To give you a little bit of a background I been getting my back adjusted for over 15 years now, multiple reasons as to why. To keep it short, while in the Navy I fell off of a plane while washing it. I been in multiple car accidents with none being my fault, in all honesty this is true just a string of bad luck. There were approximately 3 car accidents that affected my back, 1 was being rear ended and the other 2 I was side swiped, yes that is odd. So with that being said I have some experience with chiropractors. To add I had a ruptured aneurysm which caused some scar tissue on my neck that gives me shoulder pain from time to time as well so being careful around my neck/large head is crucial. Needless to say my first visit I was like man they are being a little bit too careful about my issues and made me think are they even going to be able to adjust me. Well the answer to that is yes they were and then some. Dr. Jake was the gentleman who did my adjustment and did a wonderful job. I'm not just saying this to be nice I truly mean it, his adjustments were right on point. He pointed out every tension, every bone out of place, so to say, then carried on about how he plans on treating it. His first recommendation was to show up twice a week, which I get but to be honest can't afford. Keep in mind even though a good Doctor wants nothing but the best for you, you as a person/patient hold responsibilities on yourself. So for now I will keep my once a week adjustments until I'm straighten out, ba da bump, then I will start a realistic approach and maintain a once a month ordeal or possibly twice. Here's looking to a long relationship with this place and I'm looking forward to my next visit. read more

My 15-year-old son, Lucas, suffered a hamstring injury about a year ago, and we never knew exactly how it happened. We first tried another chiropractor, but unfortunately, it didn't help. Then we went to physical therapy, thinking he simply needed to stretch the muscle, but that only made his pain worse. Eventually, we found an amazing functional medicine doctor who had Lucas completely rest to allow his hamstring to heal. After about six months, he had made progress, but he still couldn't do the things a normal 15-year-old should be able to do. At that point, the doctor recommended finding a chiropractor to help with the next stage of his recovery. I prayed for God to lead us to the right place, and He brought us to Frontier Integrated Healthcare. Dr. Ottomyer took a completely different approach and recommended spinal decompression therapy. He was the first doctor to recognize that Lucas's back could be contributing to his ongoing hamstring pain. Thanks to God's guidance and Dr. Ottomyer's expertise, Lucas is finally getting back to being himself again. We are incredibly grateful for the care he's received at Frontier Integrated Healthcare. I highly recommend Dr. Ottomyer and any other doctor in this practice. read more

I'm a guy who tends to brush off a little back pain as a simple stiff back injury that will probably go away with a heating pad and a couple of Ibuprofen. But- when situation got worse, I mean... really bad, I decided to investigate chiropractors in the area for evaluation and treatment. Through some "Sports Friends" I came across Doctor David Hadden practice at Frontier Integrated, locally here in O'Fallon. I can whole heartedly recommend Doctor Hadden and the entire team at O'Fallon Crossings Chiropractic / Frontier for the care and service they provided me in relieving back pain from my lower spine (lower vertebrate re-alignment). Doctor Hadden's initial consultation and subsequent adjustments were game changing for me. The adjustment was gentle, yet effective. It's great to have a specialist in the area who is there when you're at that point! Thank you Mr. Hadden! read more

After moving here 2 years ago I needed to find a new Chiropractor along with every other thing when you move.... and my primary dr. recommended Dr. Ottomeyer at Frontier Integrated Health. I have always been treated wonderfully and each and every time he listens to what I need adjusted or treated. The staff is also wonderful and friendly and very helpful. I stay on course by seeing him every two weeks, unless of course I hurt myself and need to see him in between that time period. I feel grateful and blessed that every time I call I can get in when needed. All the gals at the front desk are most helpful and kind. I feel very fortunate that I have found this practice and Dr. O. read more

I have been searching for a Chiropractor. I landed on Frontier Integrated Health Center and I have to say I am very impressed. It started with friendly smiles greeting me, explaining what to expect and a tour. I then met with Dr. Haden who was awesome. we reviewed my history, performed initial consultation and adjustment. I then moved to a different room for therapy. I left feeling much more relaxed and definitely felt an improvement in symptoms. This center has a larger staff and performs so much more than Chiropractic services. This is a one stop shop that will help relieve, manage and treat the problems. read more

Been doing TRT for 14 weeks now. It's been a great experience so far. Everything you would hope for more energy, better overall mood, increased strength, increased libido, lean muscle building, and more fat loss. You definitely have to put in the work (exercise and proper diet) however TRT will give you the motivation to push yourself. I'll admit I absolutely hate shots and bloodwork, but the ladies there have made me feel comfortable with the process. I'm excited to continue the journey with Frontier Health. read more

I have been to over 5 Chiropractors in the O'fallon area...Dr. Ottomeyer took time, diagnosed me properly, and within 2 weeks I had the issue resolved.....He did not try and sell me a long treatment plan like 2 other places down the street tried. They told me it would take a year and $5000 to get me better. Dr. Ottomeyer had me cured and out of pain in 2 weeks, and it cost me under $300........hummm....all as I can say is he is the best.....barr none!!!! read more

Frontier is the best chiropractic office I have ever been to. I was having pain in my knee that another chiropractor couldn't figure out and even saw an orthopedic surgeon for help to no avail. Doc O knew the issue from my first visit and when my knee acts up, I know I need to go in for some decomp therapy to get my knee back to being pain free. From the doctors, to the nurses and other staff, you will feel welcomed and well taken care of ! read more
