Been here several times and each adjustment has done nothing for me but created more back and neck problems. Really disappointed with the billing department at this office. Each time I go in for an adjustment they ask a different amount and it's extremely frustrating. They kept charging my fiancé out of pocket costs when he had an HRA account set up. Alicia, the front office attendant does not seem to care or work around your work hours. I do not know how many times I had repeat myself saying that I can not come in after 9 am due to work hours. This location is not open on the weekend and the hours are not flexible. The Chropractor, Kristina Clay compares our bodies as "tune ups" to a car. Great metaphor, because our bodies are so similar to cars? I do not have the time to go back in forth with their billing manager and my insurance company each visit. Their office sent me a bill that I have already paid that I am currently fighting against. I have gone to Dr. Clay for about 10 years and she is very knowledgable and skilled in her field. I just recently began using the Tri-Core pillow that they offer, and it has been a game changer for me. I used to get up at night every 2-3 hours with low quality sleep, and since using the pillow I can sleep soundly for 5-6 hours without getting up. I have also been able to sleep on my back for portions of the night, which has never happened before. I started going to see Dr. Clay 14 years ago for my migraines. It took a good 2 mos or so to finally have the much needed relief The number of migraines since that time can be counted on one hand! Since then I have monthly adjustments, which help my body stay in alignment. When I miss a month, my body lets me know it is time to go see Dr. Clay. I can not express how much respect I have for Dr. Clay she has helped my body so much. I travel from Chesterfield to have my monthly adjustments and it is well worth the 25 minute drive. I would not think of going to any other chiropractor. The office staff is fantastic, helping my with insurance, last minute appointments(which do happen from time to time) and setting me up with therapy.
