That's about all he has. I told him I wasn't interested in participating in his $2500 8 week exercise/adjustment short wave program that I would have been required to pay all up front before starting, and he almost wouldn't take no for an answer. I said to him multiple times "I need some time to think about it" and he kept pushing this short wave therapy on me. So just to get out of there I tell him I will try his "short wave therapy" one more time. As he's setting up the short wave device he says to me, "you're so anterior", referring to my left shoulder. He then tells me to hold onto my Left hip with my left hand. I do that and without telling me what he is doing, he proceeds to do some type of thrust manipulation to my left shoulder. It did not feel good. It audibly popped and I said "wow that's how it feels when I hurt it at Jiu Jitsu" and he says nothing. This guy had no imaging of my left shoulder prior to this. He did not have my consent to do this manipulation nor did he even say that he was going to do it or I would have objected. My left shoulder hurts more now 5 days after this visit than when I first went to see this guy originally. On top of that my first two visits were supposed to be free according to his receptionist because I was referred by another patient, but after having my shoulder jerked on by "Doctor" Carpenter and receiving about 4-5 minutes of short wave therapy to my left shoulder and left knee, I was charged $135 dollars. Don't waste your time with these people, they're snake oil salesmen. You can get the same if not better results from a Physical therapist & you'll be able to use your insurance if you do so.

This is a fancy pop chiropractor about trying to commit patients to paying 1000s off dollars upfront!!
