Emily is the best! I'm new to med spa treatments. Did a low dose of Botox the first time and liked it a lot. Then did PRP microneedling. I don't think my skin has ever looked this good. Just got a regular dose of Botox and it's doing great! Emily explained each procedure, the after care, and what to expect. She followed up a couple weeks after treatment to ensure all was well. As an itinerant touring eccentric clown traveling nationwide I need TLC. When in St. Louis this is the spot to find it. On the first leg of a 5,362 mile round trip you're going to need some spa services to keep you going. I searched for hot springs, Korean bathhouses and saunas but nothing exists around The Gateway City (or I just didn't like the options). So I gave Celsius a try. The staff were very helpful and guided me to a package that was actually less expensive if I did a la carte services. Most grateful when every shekel counts. I did 30min infrared sauna to heat up the stiff joints and muscles, then a most amazing compression service. Think high altitude fighter pilot compression suit for your legs. Large pillowy sleeves that attach with deep sea diver hoses and then let your lower third be taken by the HANDS OF THOR. Pressure builds, releases, ripples up and down. Perfect for long-haul driving clown (no DVT for me!!) I finished with their Cryo therapy. Essentially you are flash frozen for three minutes with liquid nitrogen gas. It's a unique science that I do cotton to. Bumps your endocrine system, perks up and hones your nervous system, and I came out of the spa delighted, refreshed and am still feeling the effects days later. But promotions are very quickly changing (so keep track), billing practices a little questionable, and they offer different packages, on the fly it seems. Love this place and I love their amazing staff! The Cryo has helped my back pain immensely and the sauna is a great stress reliever. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I always look forward to coming in. Do make an appointment if you are coming in at peak hours like lunch time or evenings right after work. However, they are pretty quick in getting people in and out even when I have been there with a few people ahead of me. Parking can be difficult at certain times like lunch time on the weekdays and on weekends during brunch hours (10-1) as they are right next to pancake house. They are located next to the Schnucks plaza and there is always plenty of parking there if you can't find a spot in their parking lot. This place is definitely worth your time so if you have a chance to try them out, do it. read more

This was my first experience and I think that it may have been "truer" if they had warmed up the unit before I went in. As it was, I was the first user of the day and the chamber didn't really get cold until the end of my 3 minute session. For $59, this hardly seemed worthwhile. read more

Bought Pre package for their grand opening, 3 sessions, used them immediately and close together within 5 days. I am a strong believer in the science and benefits of all types of cryotherapy but this is at its best level. Anticipating it is worse than it is...yes it's cold but only lasts 3 min. It helped me in my time of recovery from an injury. Bought more sessions to use as needed. Looking forward to it on hot running days. Friendly staff and clean space. Would recommend that they clean the gloves and socks more often that they make you use, as I have noticed they stink. Wish I could use my own gloves and socks. read more

I used to struggle with knee pain (that I was told by a doctor was arthritis), being a light sleeper (I felt like I could never get through a night without waking up), and had end of the day aches and pains from my desk job. Ever since I start going to Celsius about a year ago, I have been able to sleep through the night, I don't have pain in my knee, and my body over all feels so much better. Not to mention Cryotherapy helps get rid of those end of day headaches! Cryotherapy also helped me recovery faster after my workouts, especially when I combined it with the compression therapy. This place is very clean, modern, and employees are very nice. The infrared sauna is great to be in. Only problem is that you can hear what's going on outside of the room and it's only in 30 minute increments. I have been to other infrared saunas and their time limits are 40 minutes, which is much more reasonable to me as I start to sweat after about 25 minutes. I will probably stick with the saunas elsewhere. read more

Kudos to the staff at Celsius cryotherapy for being top notch! I had my first cryotherapy experience at Celsius and they were very friendly, so patient answering all my questions and determined to give me the best experience possible. The environment is comfortable and relaxing with super soft robes and slippers to make you feel cozy before freezing. I suffer from severe inflammation and I have to say the days following cryotherapy I had supstancally less joint pain. I also felt cleansed afterward. I will for sure be visiting again and would highly recommend Celsius cryotherapy to anyone curious about cryotherapy. read more
