Oom (spelling?) at reception, Nurse Hip and the rest of the nurses there are kind, extremely patient, knowledgeable, and super easy going (yes, each laser technician is an actual nurse!) They always have a smile on their face and I never feel any pressure to buy anything or be locked into a package. It's a really personable experience, I feel like they know who I am and they are welcoming and that means a lot. It's clean, classy, and the machines they use have an air effect that make the laser so much less painful than others. They also make it a point to pay for your parking meter and send you text reminders about your appt! Really happy with them - if you guys read this, thank you!!
