Her appointments are 45 minutes long but they seem to fly by. When I leave, I feel grounded. I have that same healthy feeling like leaving the dentist... but instead of my teeth being clean, it's my brain and my thoughts. She incorporates reading into her counseling, which is nice. It extends the visit, and provides guidance between sessions. Negatives... she books up quick. So you'll typically have to wait at least a week for an appointment. Also, the building she works out of is a little old and dated. I wished she'd move to something a little more cozy.
