The first week I lost 10bs and then I stopped losing weight, I called Dr Rhoda and she told me I need to eat protein or I will not lose weight. So since I talked to her last week I have lost another 5 lbs in week and I'm also walking anywhere from 1.5-3 miles a day and eating mainly proteins. 2 boiled eggs in the am, steak, chicken, etc . Total I've lost 15lbs in 3.5 weeks and I'm so happy! The entire staff is so on it and caring and I love Dr Rhoda and so happy I decided to take my health seriously!
