However, when the masseuse entered the room, they had a noticeably negative attitude about the situation. ME as a whole has been going downhill since the pandemic. Turnover is ridiculous and customer service is hit or miss. Upon walking back with her, I asked for clarification about a comment made by the front desk associate, Elisa (sp), who mentioned, "You should get the best service she can give you since you're late."
