During my visits, I usually see Xuxa, Maddie, and Quita at the front desk, sometimes Ther joined by Mike, the Director. These ladies are some of the hardest-working staff members I've encountered at a gym. The front-desk team regularly replaces sanitizer, restocks paper towels, vacuums, and wipes down the equipment thoroughly. They keep things so clean that the machines probably have better hygiene habits than I do. Mike is just as attentive. He checks the equipment, returns abandoned weights to the racks, and keeps an eye on what's happening throughout the gym. If a dumbbell is wandering around where it doesn't belong, Mike seems to be the person who brings it home. The staff is also consistently friendly and professional. I'm greeted warmly when I arrive and wished a great day when I leave, which creates a welcoming atmosphere--especially during early-morning workouts, when some of us are still waiting for our brains to fully load. I've read some negative reviews about this location, but my experience has been entirely positive. The staff clearly takes pride in their work and does a great job keeping the gym clean, organized, and welcoming. If you value a well-maintained facility and friendly employees, this Waldorf Planet Fitness deserves a visit.

I came here for a skin tag removal procedure and I am very pleased with the results…read more Dr. Kim performed my procedure. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was as comfortable as possible during the process. The procedure itself took about 15 minutes, not counting the additional time needed to let the numbing cream kick in. As she started the procedure, we realized that more numbing cream was needed, so that was another 10 to 15 minutes tacked on to the time. Unfortunately, the procedure was not as painless as was initially described, but it's not prohibitively uncomfortable. Dr. Kim checked in with me throughout the process and if I needed a break, she would take a pause and give me one. After the procedure, Dr. Kim gave me some wound care instructions as well as some ointment to put on the site as it healed. I'm happy to report that there was no pain or discomfort after the procedure. Procedure side, I love the energy of this place. There's all kinds of holistic, homeopathic, and ayurvedic materials in here including incense, tea, crystals, candles, sage bundles, palo santo, and all sorts of sprays and tonics to help purify your home or your environment. There are even gift sets for all the holistic homegirls in your life. They also sell accessories including ankle bracelets and custom waist beads imported from Ghana. Every single one of the staff members I've met has been absolutely wonderful. Warm, and friendly, and welcoming. I can't wait to come back and try some of the other services offered by this wellness spa-- I've especially got my eye on a good, long massage and guided stretch session.

Glad to have finally made this purchase back at the end of 2020 - the hot tub is so therapeutic and relaxing. I especially enjoy it on frigid nights during winter when the sky is clear and I can star gaze for as long as I want. :) Everyone at Capital Hot Tubs has always been wonderful. Everyone was friendly,…read morefrom the person at the front desk to the massage therapist, and the place itself is pretty, clean, and comfortable. I definitely wish it were a little quieter, though. You can hear quite a bit of what's going on outside the room, which takes away from the relaxing atmosphere a bit. But the most important part is that the massage itself was good. I've had a really difficult time finding someone to replace my old massage therapist, who was honestly magical, and this is probably the best massage I've found since. Not quite at that level, but good enough that I'm already looking at scheduling another visit. The one thing that made absolutely no sense to me was the timing. My wife and I each booked a one-hour massage plus a 30-minute foot massage, so naturally we expected about 90 minutes of services. Instead, we were told there was only something like a 5-10 minute difference because the foot massage was basically incorporated into the regular massage. I still don't understand how an additional 30-minute service that costs extra somehow adds only 5-10 minutes. That's a pretty significant discrepancy. Despite that, we liked the massages enough that we will return. We just won't bother paying extra for the foot massage in our second go. Lastly, parking was easy since it's in a strip mall-ish area (don't let that dissuade you).
