In general I had a pretty good experience as a first-timer visiting L&N. Everyone was friendly,…read morefrom the person at the front desk to the massage therapist, and the place itself is pretty, clean, and comfortable. I definitely wish it were a little quieter, though. You can hear quite a bit of what's going on outside the room, which takes away from the relaxing atmosphere a bit. But the most important part is that the massage itself was good. I've had a really difficult time finding someone to replace my old massage therapist, who was honestly magical, and this is probably the best massage I've found since. Not quite at that level, but good enough that I'm already looking at scheduling another visit. The one thing that made absolutely no sense to me was the timing. My wife and I each booked a one-hour massage plus a 30-minute foot massage, so naturally we expected about 90 minutes of services. Instead, we were told there was only something like a 5-10 minute difference because the foot massage was basically incorporated into the regular massage. I still don't understand how an additional 30-minute service that costs extra somehow adds only 5-10 minutes. That's a pretty significant discrepancy. Despite that, we liked the massages enough that we will return. We just won't bother paying extra for the foot massage in our second go. Lastly, parking was easy since it's in a strip mall-ish area (don't let that dissuade you).

The space is clean, smells great, and has such a comfortable, soothing atmosphere. The service is always professional, relaxing, and consistent. I recently recommended them to several family members because I truly enjoy coming here. I booked an hour this time and honestly wished it had been longer! After five years, this is definitely a place I'm happy to keep coming back to. Highly recommend!

I came here for a skin tag removal procedure and I am very pleased with the results…read more Dr. Kim performed my procedure. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was as comfortable as possible during the process. The procedure itself took about 15 minutes, not counting the additional time needed to let the numbing cream kick in. As she started the procedure, we realized that more numbing cream was needed, so that was another 10 to 15 minutes tacked on to the time. Unfortunately, the procedure was not as painless as was initially described, but it's not prohibitively uncomfortable. Dr. Kim checked in with me throughout the process and if I needed a break, she would take a pause and give me one. After the procedure, Dr. Kim gave me some wound care instructions as well as some ointment to put on the site as it healed. I'm happy to report that there was no pain or discomfort after the procedure. Procedure side, I love the energy of this place. There's all kinds of holistic, homeopathic, and ayurvedic materials in here including incense, tea, crystals, candles, sage bundles, palo santo, and all sorts of sprays and tonics to help purify your home or your environment. There are even gift sets for all the holistic homegirls in your life. They also sell accessories including ankle bracelets and custom waist beads imported from Ghana. Every single one of the staff members I've met has been absolutely wonderful. Warm, and friendly, and welcoming. I can't wait to come back and try some of the other services offered by this wellness spa-- I've especially got my eye on a good, long massage and guided stretch session.

I have to carefully coordinate my schedule and meetings, so a no-show is unacceptable. Today, service was refused by another staff member without any explanation. I had called ahead to inform them that the person getting a massage would be running late, and I was told it would be fine, with the understanding that the massage might be shortened to allow time for completing forms. However, when the masseuse entered the room, they had a noticeably negative attitude about the situation. ME as a whole has been going downhill since the pandemic. Turnover is ridiculous and customer service is hit or miss. Here is an excerpt from a similar situation, this review was posted 4/21/25: ".... was scheduled for a 2:00 PM massage appointment with Karen. Upon walking back with her, I asked for clarification about a comment made by the front desk associate, Elisa (sp), who mentioned, "You should get the best service she can give you since you're late." I simply wanted to understand what that meant. Karen responded with an unnecessarily sharp and dismissive tone, saying, "What does that have to do with anything?" Her response felt disrespectful and unprofessional, especially considering my cultural sensitivity to tone and communication style. At that point, I decided to cancel the appointment, as I no longer felt comfortable proceeding. The person who checked me in then informed me that I would be charged for being canceling, I would rather pay the fee than be massaged by someone who addressed me in such a manner."
