I came here for a skin tag removal procedure and I am very pleased with the results…read more Dr. Kim performed my procedure. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was as comfortable as possible during the process. The procedure itself took about 15 minutes, not counting the additional time needed to let the numbing cream kick in. As she started the procedure, we realized that more numbing cream was needed, so that was another 10 to 15 minutes tacked on to the time. Unfortunately, the procedure was not as painless as was initially described, but it's not prohibitively uncomfortable. Dr. Kim checked in with me throughout the process and if I needed a break, she would take a pause and give me one. After the procedure, Dr. Kim gave me some wound care instructions as well as some ointment to put on the site as it healed. I'm happy to report that there was no pain or discomfort after the procedure. Procedure side, I love the energy of this place. There's all kinds of holistic, homeopathic, and ayurvedic materials in here including incense, tea, crystals, candles, sage bundles, palo santo, and all sorts of sprays and tonics to help purify your home or your environment. There are even gift sets for all the holistic homegirls in your life. They also sell accessories including ankle bracelets and custom waist beads imported from Ghana. Every single one of the staff members I've met has been absolutely wonderful. Warm, and friendly, and welcoming. I can't wait to come back and try some of the other services offered by this wellness spa-- I've especially got my eye on a good, long massage and guided stretch session.

Wife complained about him being too aggressive, and he was extremely rude. Never said one word as to too much pressure, is everything ok, etc. that a masseuse would normally say. This never would have happened if the owner didn't double book if an effort to make the most money possible. Lastly, their business practices are very sketchy. They take credit card, but don't want to. When I was going to pay, they insisted on my paying with cash. I finally said ok, and then they didn't want to give me a receipt. Their receipt was a handwritten, staples book that said "I paid". WTF. Where is your letter head with the service that I paid for and date. I know IRS will be interested in this. Even when leaving, the usual "thank you for coming" was not in his vocabulary. HORRIBLE

My wife and I booked same-day massages and appreciated that they were able to accommodate us on…read moreshort notice. I called ahead to specifically request separate rooms (not a couple's massage) and asked that my wife be assigned a female therapist (per her request), which they confirmed over the phone. When we arrived early, we were placed in a shared room, the exact opposite of what we asked for. They then asked me to wait in the lobby while they made changes. A few minutes later, my wife was also asked to leave the room, as it had apparently been double-booked. At this point, there were no rooms available, so we were told to wait more despite having reservations. Eventually, my wife was taken to a room, but unbeknown to me she was assigned a male therapist, which we had specifically requested to avoid. I remained in the lobby for quite a while before being called back. When I finally got to my room, my therapist had no idea what kind of massage I was supposed to receive or for how long. The massage itself was fine, not particularly memorable, but okay. Unfortunately, the overall experience was poorly managed, frustrating, and uncomfortable. To top it off, there's a sign suggesting cash tips (with a suspiciously conveniently placed ATM in the lobby), and they don't tell you in advance that there's an extra charge for using a credit card. I've been trying to find a new regular massage spot, but I don't think this is the spot. Similar to other reviews, I left with the sense that the "therapist" is not a licensed massage therapist, just someone who rubs you. NOTE: I can't help but notice the number or good reviews this place has from Yelp accounts that have no activity other than to leave 5-star reviews here.

In general I had a pretty good experience as a first-timer visiting L&N. Everyone was friendly,…read morefrom the person at the front desk to the massage therapist, and the place itself is pretty, clean, and comfortable. I definitely wish it were a little quieter, though. You can hear quite a bit of what's going on outside the room, which takes away from the relaxing atmosphere a bit. But the most important part is that the massage itself was good. I've had a really difficult time finding someone to replace my old massage therapist, who was honestly magical, and this is probably the best massage I've found since. Not quite at that level, but good enough that I'm already looking at scheduling another visit. The one thing that made absolutely no sense to me was the timing. My wife and I each booked a one-hour massage plus a 30-minute foot massage, so naturally we expected about 90 minutes of services. Instead, we were told there was only something like a 5-10 minute difference because the foot massage was basically incorporated into the regular massage. I still don't understand how an additional 30-minute service that costs extra somehow adds only 5-10 minutes. That's a pretty significant discrepancy. Despite that, we liked the massages enough that we will return. We just won't bother paying extra for the foot massage in our second go. Lastly, parking was easy since it's in a strip mall-ish area (don't let that dissuade you).

V Spa has a menu book that clearly details the services and prices (no handwritten pieces of paper taped on the walls), just ask. However, after leaving and getting to my car, I noticed gel polish left on my big toe and, once I put on my glasses, realized the overall polish application was very messy. I immediately returned to the salon and was told to wait until Titi finished with her next client. Since I had to get to work, I asked if another technician could quickly fix the issue, but I was told she had to correct her own work. I then asked if I could return the following day, but was informed there were no available appointments. At that point, I requested a refund, but the front desk associate stated that it was beyond her authority. I asked for a manager and was told there was no manager on site. I later requested a call from management, but never received one. I've been a loyal customer of this salon for about three years, and John has always done a phenomenal job with my nails. I've only been getting pedicures there for the past year, which is why this experience was so disappointing. More than the quality of the pedicure, I was surprised by the lack of customer service and unwillingness to work with me to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I am disputing the charge with my bank and will not be returning.
