I was given sparking water and offered a variety of healthy snacks. With the tv remote in my hand I thoroughly enjoyed the session. I left feeling like a million bucks being fully hydrated. Scheduled an appointment for skin tag removal and had to wait a couple weeks for it. I show up to…read morethe appointment thinking the removal would be done. The Doctor comes in the room and pushes for me to get a prescription for numbing cream that I said I didn't want. He tells the nurse to send the prescription the pharmacy anyway and the procedure is $150. The doctor is in the room for 60 seconds and advises me that I need to set up an appointment for the procedure. I look at the nurse and say that this all could have been done over the phone and this is a waste of time (not her fault). Imleave the room and have to wait to check out. I waited about 5 mins to check out (which was 5x longer than my "consultation") and receptionist advised me that the consultation was $150. I believe this place is a money grab $150 for a 60 second consultation for a $150 medical procedure does not make any sense. The aggressive push for a prescription that was optional and denied by me was a red flag, the deceptive "consultation" when I called weeks prior and was told the appointment was for the actual procedure was predatory in nature and only done to collect another $150. Stay away from this place, we live in a free market, go somewhere else and make sure your hard earned dollars are being spent the way you want to spend them.

If I could I would see Krystle every week. She is also extremely dedicated to her clients. She broke her nose and still did everything to keep my husbands appointment after she left the ER... SAME DAY! She works hard and loves what she does and it shows in her work!
