I had a not-so-great experience here once before, but the way the team -- especially Angela, the manager -- handled it completely restored my trust and exceeded all expectations. Angela took the time to personally follow up with me and went above and beyond to make things right. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail genuinely stood out. She made sure I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in, and you could tell she truly cared about my experience. That kind of service is rare and deserves recognition. This time around, I came in for a custom vitamin drip. Shirley, my nurse, was phenomenal -- so kind, patient, and incredibly skilled. The IV placement was damn near painless, which is saying a lot because I usually dread needles. She explained everything clearly, checked in regularly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. The room setup was chef's kiss--a cozy recliner, plush blanket, and a TV so I could totally relax. It felt more like a wellness retreat than a med spa. The vibe is clean, calming, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. I left feeling seen, heard, and genuinely cared for -- and I also felt amazing physically from the drip itself. I received CoolTone on my lower abdomen, cool sculpt on my glutes two year ago and cool tone on my abdomen recently. Every time I am thrilled with the results. The staff is friendly, courteous, accommodating and prompt, and the office space is beautiful. I know the staff really goes out of their way to set realistic expectations. Anyone expecting anything extreme should consider plastic surgery instead.

I started to really increase my cardio and started on a very strict diet- and was still noticing this area was much bigger than before. I finally went back in and spoke to Jennifer who was very understanding of the situation. But she couldn't tell me if this was the rare side affect that occurs (which I was aware of- but she mentioned that was visibility much different) she couldn't identify what went wrong, she couldn't even say if this was permanent or not. The best she could do was apologize and say shed submit the case to Coolsculpting. Furthermore, halfway through treatment she felt I was no longer a good candidate for coolsclptiing so she cancelled future appointments out of caution- and I hadn't even achieved results I was hoping for, so I felt like I was now left to deal with this growth area on my own. Although she was very understanding and had a good attitude and her staff was great during my treatments, it's very evident, at Coolcontours they are only knowledgeable of the device itself and have very little knowledge of the biology behind it. There was a misdiagnosis or something was missed on their part for this to have happened. Months later, I've had to make drastic dietary changes and have been dealing with new body image issues which I did not have prior to coming to Coolcontours.

The lady was signed me up was named Parisa and seemed a bit cold when she gave me the form to fill. After waiting another 20 minutes, I was called in, the room was clean but small. She explained the process and answered all my questions. She asked me to laser a small part of my leg to see how I react. Let me tell you it was terrible. The machine would suck my skin gently and shot heat as it let it go. My leg was burning the entire day. She did apply tea tree oil on the spot. If you ever had a feeling of your skin burning that's how it felt all day. Not sure what machine they sure but from what I remember it was Lumise or something similar. I won't be going to this place just coz it didn't feel like the right laser to me. I have seen over laser machines. Btw $200 for the whole body but all that burning feeling for a whole day or night is not worth it to me.

Product: they also sell most Obagi line & Latisse (extend eyelash) product here which is convenience. Regular price compares to other med spa. Tips: shave ahead of time. However now I was unsuccessful in contacting anyone to schedule a facial that I bought on Groupon. Every time I texted the number to make an appointment I wouldn't receive a response immediately. Weeks will pass before I would receive a response. When I finally received a text message I was limited to a single time and day that did not work for my schedule. I am disappointed that I wasted $55 on this Groupon. I will find another esthetician.
