The front desk staff was having their own conversation the whole time I was trying to check in, and even though I was in the waiting room with another client they were talking bad about the clients they were on the phone with. I wish I would've walked out but I didn't want to pay a "no show fee" Gotta admit if you're experienced and just need to be in and out then this is your place but if you like extra information or detailed instructions this isn't your place. Kerri speaks way too fast and the whole staff seemed bothered doing their job. I had to stop her multiple times and ask for clarification. Could be because it was close to closing but definitely not coming back. I'd rather drive an hour plus for my usual dermatologist.

I have also received my post-op facial by Alex, the onsite aesthetician, who is absolutely amazing!! She is so sweet and kind and she will listen to your every need and anything you're allergic to. She certainly takes her craft seriously and it shows! I love this clinic and most certainly refer it to anyone and everyone!!

After she was done, she walked me in the facial room. Without cleaning/washing/sanitizing her hands, she started cleansing my face with some random lotion. Then, she wiped my face off with a hot towel and did microdermabrasion. After a minute, she put a mask on my face which felt like a home made mask. Then, she had me waited for unnecessary 10 mins before she wiped the mask off and said it's done. There is no moisturizer afterwards and the mask residue was on my face here and there. I would not be returning to this place!

There seems to be much confusion over this business and this location with some folks saying its…read moreclosed but its very much open. I visited and have pictures of the address and location and it appears someone in the community disputed the pictures of the location even when I show the actual address. Sadly all of this should not take away from this business being located very close to the recently built (a few years ago) Stone Springs Hospital. I needed to be seen for an issue and although their main location is in Sterling Virginia (where I have gone previously) this was the only location I could get an appointment. It's a new building, new office and I saw Dr Kassahun Bilcha who was awesome in examining me and providing great advise on products I should be using. BTW they will also ask for your most recent labs from your PCP so have that ready to send in prior to the appointment. They also have a website which you can log in to get a full report to share with your PCP. I highly recommend these folks.

I think I made her angry by asking because all of a sudden, the appointment I wanted for tanning was gone. There are several tanning areas to chose from. I am happy to share with you about an amazing experience I had with Dr. Mountcastle and his team…read more He removed several facial moles and I'm very impressed and happy with the results - minimal pain and the scars can be hardly seen even when you look for them up close. The best part? Tricare Prime insurance covers so these thousands of dollars procedures cost me nothing! I consulted with 3 other plastic surgeons in the area all of them charged a min $150/consultation visit and $500-900/mole removal. In my case since we are Prime, I just needed to get a referral from my primary doctor, then everything from the initial consultation to all of the moles removal and follow up were covered fully. Sometimes you'd associate "free" to something that is "less" than paying thousands, nope, not in this case. When it comes down to your FACE, you'd be scrutinizing everything, so take it from me with 6 facial moles and 2 bodily moles removed that I am very impressed and would highly recommend!
