This was the funniest microdermabrasion treatment I have ever got. First of all, when I walked in, the lady was working on someone's eyebrows. After she was done, she walked me in the facial room. Without cleaning/washing/sanitizing her hands, she started cleansing my face with some random lotion. Then, she wiped my face off with a hot towel and did microdermabrasion. After a minute, she put a mask on my face which felt like a home made mask. Then, she had me waited for unnecessary 10 mins before she wiped the mask off and said it's done. There is no moisturizer afterwards and the mask residue was on my face here and there. I would not be returning to this place! read more

For $42 I received less than 20 minutes of 3 cleansers and an indifferent waving of a wand over my face for the "deep cleansing exfoliation". Then 12 minutes of a being left alone with a drying face mask. If I had paid their price of $90 for this I would be demanding my money back. As it is, I'm just irritated that I didn't read these reviews first. Agree with other reviewers that my provider was not pleasant. She was rude off the bat, then tried to make it up by talking to me while rubbing soap over my lips and indifferently wiping it off. My threading walk-in took under 4 minutes. I actually timed it. I still have long strands of hair that weren't trimmed properly and areas missed when threading. This wasn't an attempt to leave room for hair to grow. I believe professionals know what they are doing so I don't interfere with their work or make a big deal, but my last experience upset me because of how rushed I felt . I come here because it's convenient and next to my job and I've been here before and have had nice experiences. Your business is hit or miss. Please read your reviews. DO NOT go to this place .. I purchased a Groupon for an IPL and the lady who does the eyebrow threading was the person who attempted to do my IPL. I've done different laser treatments over the years and walking into this office made me feel I was back in the 80's. Old laser system and appeared unsafe and very unsanitary conditions all over .. looked like this lady didn't have the proper training to perform this service. She didn't cleaned my face before starting neither bother to ask me if I had any lotion or make up in my face. I felt the treatment was so unsafe that I decided to walk out as soon as I felt the first laser burning my skin. This place is unprofessional. Only the bed for scrub, no bathroom to take a shower. Just wipe off with warm towel. I can feel a lot of scrub on my back, legs and arm. Have to go home to take a shower and wash my hair right away since no shower cap or tie my hair while giving me a scrub. I got a full body scrub but she is only do my back, my legs, arms and neck. Went here for eyebrow threading, place was dirty and lady doing the eyebrows was very unprofessional and rude. She randomly did the threading, going over the same place multiple times and ripping my skin. When I told her that she left some hair in between, she didn't even bother to check where and randomly kept using thread at the same place again. I ended up with multiple cuts and swelling on both my eyebrows with hair left. I have been getting eyebrows done from last 20 years and never had my eyebrows swollen. This is one of the worst places to go for any spa services!!! The person who answered the phone had such a thick accent and horrible attitude that I canceled all three services that I had purchased from them!!! I am so appalled at the way she was speaking to me when I informed her that how can make an appointment and how come no one picks up, she was very rude and mentioned they have no appointments available the entire month of April and possibly May!!!! Then she proceeded to tell me that she doesn't care if I have purchased few services and to go ahead and return it!!!! If there was zero stars I would give it. I paid for a microdermabrasion with hydrating facial. When I went to her she told me I would benefit by adding two more rounds for an additional charge of $25 so I agreed. During the first round she barely covered a 1/5 of my face, second and third round she did better and she also did a little bit of my neck. She did it very quickly and did a horrible job. All three rounds were done in LESS THAN 10 minutes. I've gotten microdermabrasion done before. In other places they take their time and one round takes about 10-15 mins. This woman did all three rounds in less than 10 mins. Very disappointed. I feel like I got ripped off and scammed. So be careful! She did put a mask on be afterwards. But she didn't do a very good job taking it off. When I came home I saw that the mask was still in my eyebrows, hairline, and near my nose and under my lips. After she (barely) took off the mask. She wiped my face with a hot towel and sent me on my way. No moisturizer, no cream, NOTHING. I had to drive 30 mins back with my face dry from the treatment and without any moisturizer. OVERALL HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Save your money, you will get better experience anywhere else. read more

There used to be a girl that worked Friday, Saturday, and Sunday morning and she did an awesome job. One Saturday, I went there and she was not there but another woman was there who did my eyebrows, she did a super quick job and missed a lot of hair so I went back. Upon leaving the second time, I noticed she over threaded an area and my eyebrows were uneven and definitely not my shape (I just asked her to clean up my eyebrows). Despite this bad experience I went back yesterday morning (4/7) and it was yet another new lady who thinned and over threaded my eyebrows to a horrible shape. I will be looking for a new place to go and it sucks because when I first started going here a year a go my eyebrows always looked great. read more

Went in for a facial and was fairly disappointed. Even though I read all the previous reviews, the deal was too good to be true. It shouldn't be called a facial, it's a face massage done by an untrained employee. The scrub they use is the apricot scrub from Walmart. It's not even the original, it's the equate scrub. So..I walked in today with a groupon --- a 75$ facial for 30$. I was told this was for a 35 minute plain herbal facial and that I had to pay additional 15 for a shehnaz gold/pearl facial.This was after they redeemed my groupon. The shehnaz facial is 59$...so not only did I not get my groupon worth,I also ended up paying 15$ more...so they service cost was 90$....seriously...why would I ever trust this place!!!!! Work experience. I heard the reviews but still went ...my bad . I went for full body scrub and service I received was 0 star. Full body scrub was done in 15 mins and didn't even care to clean properly. I could have a done a better job at home. They charged me 42$ for a service not even worth 15$. Its not even worth 1 star. The lady did not apply any lotion or oil after the scrub and left me unclean with all scrub beads on my body. I will never go back for sure. I went for waxing and it was a horrible experience . Materials and the method of waxing was very unprofessional. My experience on the entire time was painful with the skin peeled below the lip and on the right upper lip. I have to go to another place after the skin bruises are healed to get the services done since it was not a clean job .Basically the lady did not have any experience and did not know basics of waxing. She was hasty and always in hurry to charge you more than any other place.I would say to avoid this place especially if you see the stern face lady (most of the weekdays) .My skin still itches and after a 2 minutes unclean job ,she shows the cream after her pathetic work and says use it if you like (big courtesy) read more

The facial should take around 45 -50 minutes if I went to them directly but since it was A Groupon, it was a session which did not even last for 25 minutes. The lady said that since New look medi spa has to pay Groupon half the amount, they would reduce the time of facial. This was so foolish. It was like buying a groupon for a restaurant and the restaurant telling you that it can give me just half of the dishes that I ordered since they have to give money to Groupon. The lady did not even use the band around my hair making my hair all oily. When asked about it, she said she did. I am sure she didn't. I did not get the worth of money spend. I purchased a Groupon for a body scrub ($42) and bikini wax ($16). Both were ok, but definitely not worth more than the Groupon price. If you're looking for a relaxing spa experience, this is not the place because they're located right next to The Little Gym so you hear kids screaming and jumping during the entire session. I had to switch rooms after the body scrub, which didn't make any sense, and nearly slipped on the floor because my feet were oily from the scrub. (Not very smart on their part...why not just bring the waxing cart into the other room - or vice versa?) I would recommend that the owners avoid using the rooms alongside that wall in order to provide a better service to your clients. read more

I really like this spa, the owners are great and they have great deals here. I have been getting microderm for over 15 years at other locations and moved near this spa about a year ago. I get great rates here and the microderm is quick and easy. Everyone is kind and friendly and tries to fit me in, even when the schedule is full. Terrible!!! This is not a spa atmosphere!! I purchased a microdermabrasion treatment with hydrating facial for $57 through Groupon. Showed them what I purchased on the app so everyone was clear what was purchased. I was brought to a room that had stains all over the blankets. I should've left then. The facial massage was nice but it was never explained what was being applied to my face. The session ended however I never received the microdermabrasion portion. I inquired why and she stated, "next time, the machine is broken". When I redeemed the Groupon the gentlemen said I owed $25 more. He said I received an advanced facial (which I didn't request and didn't know I was receiving). I then proceeded to tell him I didn't receive what I purchased and didn't request an advanced facial. In other reviews I've seen them respond by saying this service isn't available, which is false. I have a pic clearly stating otherwise. This place needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. I bought a 3 microdermabrasion living social deal. I was pretty happy with the service and am looking forward to my other 2 treatments. I was pleased they used the diamondtome machine but only one pass of the face/neck was included in the deal i bought so I paid the $25 upgrade for two more passes on the first session and would likely do the same for my remaining two. I have had the same service done at other places and it was normally 2 or 3 passes for the standard price so not happy it was extra but really can't complain because the deal was very inexpensive...just makes it more normal price vs a deal. Next, this is NOT a day spa environment so if you go here don't expect that. It felt similar in some respects and was very relaxing due to music and dark room and just the calm feeling of having a facial. You are in a small room on a doctors like table on the same paper you see in your doctors visits. There is no relaxation room and you dont change into a robe and dont have blankets etc like you would at a day spa so it's not as relaxing. They also don't use aroma therapy which i normally got at day spas. read more

I went to this business because I had a Groupon for a Microdermabrasion and hydrating facial that I believe I paid $59 for but was valued at $149. It definitely wasn't even worth the price that I paid for. It lasted a total of 30 minutes and a large part of the time was spent with a mask on my face with the aesthetician gone for that portion of time. I had that mask on my face for no less that 10 minutes and actually had time to fall asleep so its possible that the time spent doing the treatment was less than 20 minutes. I went on a very cold day and when she put the products on my face, the creams were unpleasantly cold and not at all relaxing when they were applied. My skin felt ok, nothing fabulous but at least hydrated. I was wary of the cleanliness of the this place as well just looking around in the room seeing the equipment with debris and residue. The instruments could use a good wipe down with a disinfectant. read more
