She really puts in work and takes your healthcare seriously, but she's super nice about it. Some providers are cold and that makes such a vulnerable experience- being a patient that has concerns or fears- much worse than it needs to be. Both she and the medical professional who took me back to the examination room and listened to my concerns were empathetic, kind, and smart. I was really surprised, but this is a great office and they provide excellent care.

To be fair, the staff members I spoke with were very personable and friendly on the phone. However, there appear to be several people working in the front office who answer calls and provide consultations, and I repeatedly received different information depending on who I spoke with. I was given conflicting information regarding office hours, shipping timelines, product availability, and the availability of the nurse practitioner. Most recently, I purchased a round of products and was told three different things by three different staff members regarding my order. The conflicting information ultimately delayed my shipment. When I brought my concerns to their attention, the response seemed empathetic on the surface, but there was very little accountability for the fact that I had made decisions based on information their staff provided to me. My biggest advice to anyone considering working with Core IV Therapy is this: get everything in writing. Write down who you spoke with, the date, and exactly what you were told. If something is important regarding your order, shipping, appointment, or availability, ask them to confirm it by text or email. In my experience, information communicated verbally over the phone was later contradicted or not honored. They have personable staff and I wanted to have a positive experience with this company, but the level of inconsistency and disorganization made the process unnecessarily frustrating. Better internal communication and accountability would make a significant difference.
