On their website, it shows the $110 value session is a 40 minutes session, so that is what you would expect your session to be. However, when you go in there for your session you anticipate to be a 40 minute session, they have you fill out your paperwork, make you wait additional time and see you 30 minutes after your arrival, and then tell you your session will only be 20 minutes. When I mentioned the discrepancy in the time, they said they can choose to have their sessions for as little or as long as they would like. I received a Colon Hydrotherapy and the experience was both amazing and horrible (horrible because something like this is never pleasant while you are doing it, lol) if I had to do this uncomfortable treatment (which I do have to continue to do) I would not choose anyone else. The place itself is immaculate and welcoming. I was quickly greeted once I came in and was given slippers. Once it was time for my session Britney explained very thoroughly what to expect, asked about why I was there and I could feel a sense of empathy. I have severe bowel movement problems and she was understanding and so helpful. The treatment itself was difficult for me. It was painful and I ended up having to take a break halfway through. I am not the norm with this treatment (don't think what I went through you will too) and it was painful and hard for me. But you know what? My embarrassment was short lived because Britney reassured me this will help and that I will feel better and to take all the break time I needed. After the treatment I got to meet Fran, the mother and owner and she really explained what was going on in my body and how to start to fix it. She was great! The place is very clean and the shabby chic decor makes it very comfortable. Privacy is also something held paramount with her business model, so it's a very personal one-on-one service and infrequently will there be others around. As for the benefits, I've done a series of five and am feeling amazing. I've done a lot of research on the linkage to your gut/digestive system and overall health and really believe I will get continued benefits from my time spent doing this therapy. Nice clean place my only take away is when booking the staff should advise of the no shoe policy so one can be prepared and or offer the disposable booties or flip flops. It saddens me to even have to write such a review, however, I'd be a fool if I didn't and I don't want anyone to ever experience the poor customer service or lack there of I received from this place of business. My appointment was originally booked nearly a month in advance, apparently it was the first availability they had. I kept the appointment and let the weeks pass. I received a text confirmation the day before my appointment, I confirmed and inquired about what I should or shouldn't have prior to the appointment. Appointment day comes. I arrive on time with all of my completed documents to save on time for both me and the individual assisting me for my colon hydrotherapy session. Made it all the way through my first ever colon session and am asked my method of payment, I paid cash and asked for a receipt to submit for reimbursement to my Flexible Spending Account (FSA) as it's considered to be an eligible expense. The individual tells me that she cannot provide me with a receipt because this was the Groupon rate, of which I did NOT purchase via Groupon. I was just informed that I could pay the advertised price directly to her, so I did. However, if a customer requests a receipt one should be given. No if, and's or but's about it. Well in this case, receiving a receipt was like PULLING freaking teeth!!!! After determining that her reason for not providing me with a receipt made absolutely no sense, I walked back to the establishment from my car and demanded a receipt at which point I'm told the individuals husband will send me a receipt and to follow up with them tomorrow. I did just that. By 9AM the next morning I sent a follow up text inquiring about the status of my receipt. I was later informed that I wouldn't get the receipt for nearly 1 week! Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. I kindly informed this poorly run business owner that was unacceptable and that I demand a receipt ASAP. Well, needless to say, my receipt was emailed by 7PM that evening. The owner sent me a text message confirming that the receipt was email and to never contact that phone number again. As if I had done something wrong by merely requesting a freaking receipt of proof of services rendered. Look, I'm not sure what her end goal was or the reason she felt as though I was asking for something out of the ordinary, but she will NEVER have to worry about my patronage EVER again nor my 3,000 followers via Facebook and 2,000 following on Instagram. I really did not want to leave such a negative review but it was not the experience i was hoping for after waiting a whole month. I brought a groupon after my friend mentioned she went and her session was about a hour and she had great results. I watched countless youtube videos where people brought groupons and received the full session, I ONLY RECEIVED A SAMPLE. ***jumps to day of..... I walked in and was asked to sit while she finished her phone conversation. I was then told to put on these filthy slippers, if you go please wear your socks. When I went in the room it was basic, nothing to complain about. I had on a dress so i didn't have to take it off but was offered a dingy shirt, I nicely said no thanks ill keep my dress on. Long story short my session was only about 20-25 minutes but was told they can last 50 min-hour. I knew i had more in me as my stomach started cramping as soon she turned the water off..i didnt have the "sit on the toilet moment" as ALLLLLLLLLLLL of the reviews stated and i still was bloated. i know everyone is different however, please dont offer $100 sessions after only giving someone 25 minutes. How would i know if it truly works or how the outcome would be if i was given the same treatment as your "regular" paying customers. i will try another groupon but will be sure i am receiving the same treatment as those customers who pay regular price. read more

I had an incredible experience here! Both ladies were sooooo nice and you could tell they genuinely care about your health. I did 3 sessions of colon hydrotherapy and they were fantastic! Everything was clean and neat. My appointments always started on time. You are provided with slippers to wear and a large tshirt and towel to cover up during the colon hydrotherapy process. They guide you through everything and check in to make sure you're still doing ok. There is a bell to push in case you have any questions or problems. It is a very relaxing environment and afterwards you are provided with a drink to replenish the good gut bacteria that may have been removed during the process. Only went once, and I may go back for the service again simply because I think this is a needed piece in wellness practices. My only issue with my service was I was a first time client, and there was (without being too graphic y'all my bad) an issue with the insert tube during my colon hydrotherapy session where I was unable to really see any results bc the tip was clogged. Now the fact that the tip was clogged was not discovered until the end, but during my session I was asked to move and maneuver slightly different ways to kinda jumpstart the process bc we weren't seeing anything being cleared out. Now, I admittedly purchased a groupon so I know that I was not paying the full price...but I didn't think that meant I should be okay with just writing off my entire expense bc the tube clogged. YES everyone was nice, and informative, it is a great service and likely a great company, but when my session was done, all I was told was that I would need to book another session...at the same price, sure, but I was advised that they offer that price anyway directly through their own site/location as it cuts on third party fees. So...ok, come back...I get that...but I feel like I just completely wasted my money on the first session, and wasn't offered anything that was really compensatory. I WILL add that they asked if I wanted to stay for another session but I had to get back to work. They did not mention whether I would be charged for it, but since I couldn't stay anyway I did not ask. They did not offer for me to come after work or another time, or even say if I book another TWO sessions they would only charge me for the one since there was an issue with this first session. I was not upset, just didn't intend to go back bc I HATE TO WASTE MONEY. And I felt like I just GAVE away mine when I left there. read more

I have to say I have never written a review for yelp up until this point but I couldn't go another day without putting how satisfied I am with this business. Honestly the services provided here saved my life and my self-esteem. I've had lupus since I was 25 years old but was officially diagnosed last year in August since then I've had numerous issues that caused a lot of complications and caused me to gain a lot of weight due to medication that disrupts the daily function of my body. I went to transition me for colon cleanse because things weren't working like they were supposed to. Naturally I was skeptical at first because it seemed pretty weird but the service provided to me made me feel comfortable and reassured.
