The masseuse took her time and rubbed me down from head to toe (even my ears, lol) for a full 90 minutes (not a moment shy). I like that they use natural products and oils, which left my skin feeling soft and silky, not oily. I'm an artsy person so the decor and paintings really made me feel at home. I truly love this place. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

It looked pretty empty on this Sunday night on June 26th. From the outside you might not know how elegant the place is. Stepping through the security doors of this establishment, Stone Barrington would be impressed. I saw two women wearing Cheongsam Dresses. It is the second time today I have seen this style of dress. Maybe I need to get out more. Still, I like the look. The manager was kind enough to give me a business card before escorting me out the door when she realized I wasn't getting a massage today. A bit rude, but maybe they were getting ready to go home. I will give them the benefit of the doubt on this. 30 Minutes $60 60 minutes $80 120 Minutes $160 I did not get the chance to ask about Table Shower or Body Scrub. Four hands massage sounds like a plan, but I will have to find this out later on. I will be back to write an update on my first massage here. Oh, on their business card. They PREFER you to make an appointment. Walkins give you a 30 percent chance of getting in. I would have give a higher rating on first impressions on this place, but being escorted out the door left a sour taste in my mouth. Like I said, they may have been getting ready to go home. I will try this place again.

A family member asked what they could get me and I said I'd love a massage. It was my part to do the research and find where I wanted to go. I've done the ultra luxe massages at the Four Seasons and I've also done Massage Envy. It's really the masseuse that makes the difference. I looked for best local massages near me and found Serendipity. Reading through the profiles of the massage therapists I was intrigued by Tonya, mainly for what I interrupted as would be a hard massage experience. My muscles definitely needed a hard touch, not just a relaxing massage. I appreciated the extra attention to the sore spots I noted. The process upon arrival was unclear. It was about 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time that I made contact with an employee and was immediately helped. I'd return again in the future and recommend Tonya to anyone not afraid of a more pronounced touch to the massage.

I called the manager and she did not answered, later she sent me false screenshots of cancellation texts sent to someone else . I thought I was dealing with high class spa, but unfortunately they were disgusting, unprofessional and wasted my time..

They even went the extra mile by decorating for my birthday and surprising me with sparkling grape juice and a piece of chocolate. I loved it so much, I immediately sent my sister for her birthday too. I'll definitely be back--highly recommend for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and feel pampered!

Mandy greeted me when I walked in and I had my appointment with Kelly. It was my first time doing anything like this so I didn't really know what to expect, but they explained everything before starting which made me feel comfortable. The lymphatic massage at the beginning was actually really relaxing. I didn't realize how much I would like that part. Then they did the scalp treatment and the room was really calm with soft lighting and music. I did the 90 minute bronze session. It included scalp steaming, washing, conditioning, and a really good head massage. They also did a little arm massage which I wasn't expecting. My scalp felt way cleaner after and my hair looked better too. I'd probably go back again.j

We actually go to get massages pretty often and unfortunately this was by far the worst we have ever gotten. It just was not good, it felt like my kid was playing around on my back ‍ the space was cold, and unwelcoming. Then at the end we were literally pressured to tip. I have never seen anything like it. Soon as we got to the front they had the receipt there waiting with a pen, (we already paid and signed so clearly it was bc they wanted us to write on a top... literally three people were waiting looking at us. It was weird. So bc we were unsatisfied we decided to tip 10%, in which the man proceeded the yell "EXCUSE ME" we were so taken aback ... I decided to go to my cash app to see what was in it... it was a bit more "petty cash" so I used my cash app to give a forced additional tip (something they didn't tell us about it the beginning after saying our only option of paying was cash or card and we were charged $5 to use our card). Do not recommend
