You can see on the before pictures it was really rough. I did my research before going to Crisol Metal Finishing and spoke with Esmeralda who was very friendly and understood what I needed. They were also the best in pricing compared to the other places I got quotes from. They provided me with a video to let me know of the process and communication was great. Their job was impeccable as seen on the after images and I was so satisfied I am taking them my lounge chairs next. I highly recommend this place is you need something sandblasted and powder coated.

I called the owner and told him multiple spots have started to rust, and that the powdercoat was applied so thin that even setting it down on a plywood board caused it to scratch. Sent him pictures as well. He told me it was "far fetched" that setting it down on wood would scrape his powdercoat job. And something about powder not being able to fill in cracks/holes? After I realized he wasn't going to reshoot the bumper, nor give me my money back, I hung up. Then he decided to text me :) I've had...4 or 5 bumpers powdercoated and multiple sets of sliders/wheels. Rayz Customs and Maverick are the best. This was the worst powdercoat job I have ever seen. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The wheels were in pretty bad cosmetic shape - dings, scratches, brake dust everywhere, peeling paint galore, and some pitting on the back for one of them. After Proper Motion finished my powder coat they came out spectacular. You can also clearly see all the factory Toyota markings on the back despite the years of obvious neglect. The worst wheel still had some of the pitting come through only in the back, but that was the original wheel's problem so kind of expected for a 21-year-old wheel. I didn't ask them to file it down (which would've removed probably too much material), so I'm still thrilled with the final results. I guess I visited their newer shop in Sante Fe Springs. They had a clean and neat front lobby and a cozy waiting lounge with couches. I just dropped off the wheels, so didn't get to take full advantage of the lobby. I asked for pricing over the phone before coming, and once I arrived everything was still as quoted, even with the poor condition of my wheels. They had lots of sample swatches and a few miniature wheels as demos, but I wanted a lighter silver to match the factory paint. They were super helpful and special-ordered the matching powder / paint for no additional cost. I just had to wait a few days for the order. Overall would highly recommend.

The air guns have been unavailable on multiple visits, and during my most recent wash, my front windshield was not dried at all after going through the tunnel. After parking to vacuum my car, I tried two different vacuums on each side of the vehicle and both had very weak suction. I've also noticed that when vehicles are especially dirty, there is no pre-rinse or hose-down before entering the wash, which makes it difficult for the wash to fully clean the car. For the price being charged, I expected all advertised amenities and equipment to be functioning properly and the overall quality of the wash to be more consistent.

Scheduling was easy, and I was able to get an appointment the following Saturday morning. I dropped off my car and took a walk to a nearby café to have breakfast while they worked on it. They also have a nice air-conditioned waiting room if you prefer to wait on-site. I returned about 90 minutes later, and waited while they finished up. I take great care of the car, but every time they're done with it, it looks better than day one off the dealer floor. Steve informed me that the PPF and ceramic coating was in great shape. He also educated me that the ceramic coating on the hood wears faster than the rest of the car. They re-coated the hood for no extra charge. What service! Again, I left Elevance very happy with my initial choice to have them apply everything and returning annually for their customer only inspection and detail service. Steve and his staff are extremely professional and friendly. If you need PPF, wrapping, ceramic coating, or window tint, check out my previous reviews and go with Elevance!

For starters this review does not reflect on the owner, Steve. He has been very responsive at every…read morereach anytime I've had issues, although the resolutions may not be to complete satisfaction. However, the more I continue to see all the errors and defects on my vehicle the more dissatisfied I feel about the results. There are multiple areas crinkling and bunched up, even right after my wrap and more so now down the line. I've added some photos for reference but there are waaaay more I'm not posting that I'd like to count. My biggest issue that has been on my mind to this day is that my cars mileage increased 30 miles from when I initially dropped it off. I brought this issue up to Steve and he explained it's because they did my wheels, the body work, and test drove it but thirty miles is excessive in my opinion. One of his workers I feel definitely took my car for a joy ride and perhaps Steve is covering for them. The mileage doesn't bother me, it's the negligence, irresponsibility, and disrespect for my property of whoever drove my car. Again, Steve has been responsive since day one but his staff (who worked on my vehicle) on the other hand fell very short of the quality and expectations his shop seems to give out through their platforms. I feel like I was one in the hundreds of people who had a really bad job done. No one is perfect and I'm just that one mistake of a customer, unfortunately. All in all, zero stars for the wrap job and 3 stars for Steve's efforts and customer service and 4 stars for the body work and wheels. However, I would recommend to keep an eye on your odometer when you drop it off since it seems like his employees might have an inclination to have some fun when no one is looking or when the "test drive" is being done. I have a camera in my vehicle but when I checked it someone disconnected it almost immediately after dropping it off according to the time stamps. Little sus to me. Thank you, Steve for your kindness and doing your best to resolve each issues you may not have had your hands on directly but if I could truly resolve my dissatisfaction (especially for the money I paid) I'd prefer to redo my wrap in all the area it was defective.

Their process seemed a little too good to be true. After getting various quotes from a range of others, the price was all over the place from too cheap to extraordinarily expensive. Dr. Wheel is on the lower side of the equation. The other thing, they come to your house. Say what? Got me wondering how solid of a repair we were looking at. Well, once I dug into the process, saw that the work is warranted for a year, I figured I'd give them a shot. First, we had them do two aftermarket wheels which relatively minor damage. The result was pretty incredible. The wheels looked good as new and honestly, I couldn't remember where the blemishes were . Months later the wheels looked great. Today, we got four wheels on my wife's car done, all with curb rash to a varying degree and the result was great. The challenge today wasn't the damage, it actually wasn't super complex or extensive. It was the color. From the factory, the color is pretty unique, but the Dr. Wheel team got it pretty much exactly. A special shout out to Jonathan, who came out to our house twice and did a great job. Friendly, professional, thorough, and just an all around solid dude. Not that I hope to get more curb rash on any of our wheels (nor do I wish that for you!), but if we do, we will definitely go back to them. We've already referred them to a few neighbors.

Jonathan showed up promptly and got work immediately on my rim. His work and skills are impeccable. It only took him roughly about 20-25 minutes to leave my wheel looking "Good as new" for less than the cost of a new wheel. I definitely recommend Dr Wheel for your curb/parking mishaps. I was recently involved in a traffic collision while driving our 2024 Toyota Rav 4. The at fault driver sideswiped the rear door of the driver's side. I had previously had Wurzel Performance apply graphene coating to the entire vehicle as I did in years past with my Lexus 250 series. After Caliber Collision replaced the damaged door and panel blended it, I had Wurzel Performance reapply the graphene coating to the necessary areas. As was the case with my Lexus, the Rav 4 looked outstanding after the application. Nick(owner) is the consummate professional! I feel as if he goes above & beyond for his customers. He is trustworthy and I am certain he will do an outstanding job when I leave my vehicle with him. The showroom and shop were so clean and so well organized, I was very impressed. I had a newly painted car and wanted ceramic coating. Nick was so patient and answered all my many questions. He was very knowledgeable and professional, I could tell how passionate he was about his job. He explained the whole process to me in detail. About a month ago I was shopping around to find quotes on PPF installation for my 2017 Corvette C7. Most shops either quoted me outrageous prices or the customer service was close to awful. I gave Nick a call after reading his yelp reviews and IT WAS THE BEST DECISION I EVER MADE. He took care of my car as if it were his! Got it done in less than a week, and gave me updates almost daily during the process. I was able to get PPF track pack, window tint, chrome delete, custom license plate and a free muffler polish all for less than any quote I received for half those services. Nick did a great job on my car. It looks better than the day i got it since tesla Quality isn't always the best. He works hard to accomplish the work he set out to do. He even stayed working till 6am in the morning just to meet with the agreed time of delivery. He puts so much attention to details and i would definitely come back to him for other works. Nick is a class act. He did the graphene coating, and several other modifications. We couldn't be happier with the result. He sent us daily text updates about the progress on the car.
