I was a little disappointed in the finsihed product. I ordered 100 cds. The artwork was fine,…read morewhich I did, but the department that duplicated the cds didn't do a very good job. I approved the sequence of the fifteen songs, which were listed on the back tray (they were also in alphabetical order), but when I received the cds, track 4 and 5 were flipped. I called the company, and of course they would not admit to the mistake. Also, two of the songs were cut off before the song was finished. I spent a lot of hours in a recording studio, and I know you have to wait for the last chord of the song to finish, but in these two songs they were cut off. I was hoping for better quality. After a coworker in the DC area recommended Minuteman Press, I remembered that I'd seen one while…read moredriving in South Jersey. I went today with a very last-minute, fairly large project (200 glossy posters and something else small). Everyone working there was very friendly, patient, and very willing to help! The file wasn't as big as it was supposed to be, so they helped revise it right there on the spot. Then after I explained that I live in Philly and need it by tomorrow for a conference next week, they said they'd just go ahead and print it all right there. The posters turned out perfectly and the price was very reasonable. I would never recommend doing what I did - going very last minute without putting the files on a thumb drive (my external harddrive didn't work and there wasn't wireless internet) - but I HIGHLY recommend Minuteman Press in Cherry Hill for any printing job!
