The Duck Heavy Duty Packaging Tape does not stick to cardboard. It seems the gum is so weak it is not suitable for the advertised purpose. As for my experience at OfficeMax it was okay. They usually have my orders ready to go pretty quickly. This past time I used them, they never updated the status of my order being ready.
