We will never bring our dogs back to this facility after what happened to my sister's dog. He was attacked by another dog that the staff already knew was a little off-- and they still put that dog in a group with larger, energetic dogs. It was completely avoidable and showed a serious lack of judgment. To make things worse, they waited an entire day to take him to the vet and even refused to give him pain medication. If any of us were bitten and in pain, we'd expect immediate care. Why should it be any different for a dog? We have boarded our dogs here for years, but after seeing how this situation was handled -- with zero urgency, care, or professionalism -- we're done. We won't be returning.

Dog attack

I boarded my dog Rallo here for the 2nd time from June 11-16. The first time was fine, but this 2nd experience was absolutely horrifying. Rallo was attacked by another dog, and the way the situation was handled was nothing short of negligent and inhumane. I received a call saying the injury was "minor" and that they were cleaning it and applying a topical antibiotic. They completely minimized the situation. The next day, I get another call saying Rallo isn't letting them clean the wound, and they think it might be infected and that he could be in pain. Only then did they decide to take him to a vet -- far too late. At the vet, he was prescribed antibiotics and anti-inflammatories -- but no pain meds. I later found out that Charla, the owner of the facility, personally declined pain medication. When I took Rallo for his follow-up, both the vet tech and the doctor confirmed that she made that decision. Not only did she wait too long to get him seen, but she also chose to let him suffer without proper pain relief. That is not just unprofessional -- it's cruel and inhumane. When Rallo was picked up, I was shocked by how bad the wound actually was. It was far worse than what they had described over the phone. He clearly should have been taken to the vet immediately after the attack. On top of that, when I asked the staff when his last dose of medication was given, no one had a clue. How do you not track or document a dog's medical care after a traumatic injury? I contacted Charla directly with my concerns and questions. Her response? Zero accountability, zero professionalism, zero empathy. Just a bunch of excuses and defensiveness. When I asked why she refused the pain meds, she claimed the vet was "trying to overmedicate" and that she only went to that clinic because it was close by. That doesn't justify denying basic care. My dog was in pain. I asked for a refund for the boarding due to the negligence , and instead of taking responsibility, she told me, "I don't like the way you're speaking to me, so I won't give you a refund." Then she added, "I'm already covering the vet bill -- do you even know how much that is?" Seriously? That's her idea of customer service after my dog was injured in her care? The staff also casually told me the dog that attacked Rallo was just "weird" -- as if that makes it okay. Clearly, proper supervision and screening are not a priority here. This place is fine -- until something goes wrong. And when it does, do not expect compassion, accountability, or even basic professionalism. What happened to Rallo should never have happened, and how it was handled afterward by Charla the owner was even worse. Do not trust this facility with your pet's safety.

Apollo having fun

Thank you Wuf Pet Resort & Spa for everything your staff does (Camila, Meagan, Shannon and others). Day Care: My wife & I love knowing when we drop off our Rough Collie, Apollo, he's going to be in great hands. He runs into the building and immediately runs to the back with one of your great staff members ready to play. He comes home exhausted with a smile in his face :) Side note, we enjoy watching the cameras through out the day that are available to access via the website while we're working and seeing all the dogs have fun. Boarding: We only boarded him once for a week, but he enjoyed it so much when we picked him up he didn't even show that he missed us. We even think he wanted to stay another week. Groomer: Thank you Shannon for the great job you do with our double coated fur baby. We know it's ruf having that much fur, but he always comes back to us looking handsome and smelling great once you've done your magic. I've attached 2 photos that you guys took on his birthday, thank you for those :) I would recommend y'all to anyone a thousand times over.

Mason having the time of his life!

I recently adopted my sweet boy Mason from a rescue and have only had him a month now! With being uncertain but still wanting him to get play time and socialize with other dogs I started to look for daycares in my area. Low and behold I found Wuf! I was such a nervous dog mom but Camila and the staff were great with him. They made sure that he was comfortable and safe during his first interactions with other dogs and have lots of fun! He had so much fun he even slept the entire evening and night! He also came back super soft and smelling like a fresh baby! On top of all this the staff kept in touch with me about Mason throughout the day. Wuf also has live feed cameras throughout the building so that you can check up on your fur baby during the day! We will definately be using Wuf from now on; I believe Mason agrees!

All tuckered out from an exciting day with the groomers and playing with her new friends

Love them! They checked with me on everything. They asked in the middle of the cut if they should go lower.... I loved that! They stayed in contact and made everything super simple and easy to do business with! They were Very good with my baby, plus she smelled good and looked great! And I'm a picky dog mom! If this treatment ever changeS I will update my rating but if this is still up, you know they continue to earn our business!!

I was pleased by the customer service! We had our Border Collie bathed/groomed and he looked like a super star!!! I would not have a problem boarding him there; the place is clean, and friendliness is genuine.

We love bringing Maggie to Wuf Pet Resort for daycare, grooming and boarding during vacation times! Maggie absolutely loves it here, they take great care of her! When Maggie first started coming here, she was nervous around dogs her size and I kept her with the small dogs and eventually they worked her up to be with the dogs her own size per my request and now she loves it! I love being able to see her on the cameras and that everyone loves our Maggie! She also gets her grooming done here and she always looks perfect and smells so fresh! On the rides to Wuf spa Maggie's always excited and on the way home.... she's always asleep before we even make it back on the highway! Thank you Wuf Pet Resort & Spa for spoiling our Maggie!

Paris :)

Very modern and clean pet resort. I bring my Maltese here occasionally for grooming. The groomer is very nice, and skilled at what she does.

First cut at this well-run, well-oiled business catering to our canine community with 1) Daycare, 2) Boarding, and now 3) Grooming as well. They have been in business 10 years! And it shows. Kat (our pretty, little girl's groomer) and Nick (who, what I would consider to be, our pretty little, girl's doggie concierge ) were staff I gladly met and interacted with in person. Receptionist Stephanie (onsite in the morning), and Jessica (by phone in the afternoon), were exceptionally stellar also. OBJECTIVE: 1) Provide Hannah Belle a shorter cut, on a double-layered coat so that my "best-friend" would have cooler days remaining of this unwavering, heat wave of a summer still upon (her) us. 2) Undercoat thinned out and properly attended to. 3) an included, relaxing massage, 4) an external anal gland expression, 5) smoothe, nail grinding tool (dremel) used to ensure scratch less canine-paw to human-flesh experiences , and 5) some other specifically discussed grooming instructions requested prior to cut. All were adhered to! Left what I would consider to be an above average tip for what my budget would allow (and I hope that it was) because I know they earned it! ...all this - simply because Hannah Belle looked absolutely amazing, astonishing in her recaptured appearance, a huge smile on her face (ear to ear), and her greeting me back with so much love and joy of her experience there today!! In addition, a huge "THANK YOU" goes out to co-owner Cortni for getting Hannah and I all set up for our first "great impression" experience here!! Thanks Cortni!! And to your entire team! Well done folks!! You all should be very proud of yourself for the value you gave Hannah and I this morning. It shows in the level of service you provided us. Again, thank you everyone!

Their prices are a bit lower than others and I LOVE that they offer Dremel nail service, which is perfect for dogs with long quicks. That confirmed my decision to try this place. It has been a challenge finding anyone who can trim one of my pug's long quicks without hurting him, so I was excited. I dropped the pugs off at 1pm and they were ready around 4:45pm on a Friday (they recently changed grooming services to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays). The pugs were happy upon pickup and continued throughout the evening as well as smelled pleasant. Their nails looked amazing, and no bleeding occurred. The groomer even showed me her Dremel tool and the safety feature on it to protect dogs' nails. It is always a concerning risk to try a new groomer for various reasons, and I'm so glad I chose Pierre's. I also like that I only needed to show updated rabies vaccinations and not additional shots like many places require simply for grooming. The owner Jobbi managed the phones from the first time I called about pricing and services to scheduling to picking up the pugs. He is extremely friendly and conversational; I never felt rushed. Pierre's is in a cute little house right on Lovers Lane with easy access. I highly recommend them for grooming!

While I can only assume my dog enjoys daycare and boarding, as the facility has no cameras, I have trusted Paw Lofts and recommended to friends many times. Every time I drop her she seems happy. Unfortunately, Maisie was boarded there last week and also received a bath and nail trim on Thursday. Once I got her home I noticed that one of her nails had been cut all the way to the quick -- her paw was actually bloody and there was dried blood matted onto the fur. Then on Saturday while she was playing at home, she bumped that same nail and it started GUSHING blood again. I had to rush to stop it with quick stop powder. This has never happened to her before. She obviously is a dog and doesn't love nail trims, but I have a hard time believing she was acting so out of control that this was unavoidable, she's pretty sweet and I grind her nails myself at home -- When I called to express my dissatisfaction, I was told they don't even use clippers, but a Dremel, which is specifically supposed to prevent this type of injury. That means they must have been grinding her nails aggressively for it to get this bad... I hate that she was clearly in pain and nobody told me or acknowledged it at pickup -- I only discovered it once we were home. I'm including a photo of her sad face that evening when we were having to hold a bandage over her bleeding toe. I have trusted this facility in the past, but transparency and gentle handling are non-negotiable when it comes to grooming. This shouldn't have happened and in the off chance it does I would have appreciated notification, an apology, and probably even a comped nail trim. I hope this is taken seriously so no other pet has to go through this.
