I took my Pom-chi, who I considered a daughter, for her yearly check up. They said that there was…read morean extended wait time. We go home and they called and said that the vet wanted to talk about Sadie. She had a lump on her jaw. We got everything taken care of. I told her that I wanted to be there since I watched her be born. The vet said no at first because of the chemicals they were using. I told her that I watched her be born. The excuse changed to she didn't want her staff to deal with me holding her during her last moment. That one denial was the hardest thing I've been through. I wish I could bill them for the year and half of counseling I had to go through. We had her cremated and returned to us. I get there to pick up her remains. I tell them that I was there to pick up her ashes and all they did was set the bag with her ashes and memorial box on the counter and went back to talking with one of the techs. I had been taking her there for almost 12 years and had nothing had no problems with her office. The experience we had with Sadie was beyond traumatic. I no longer refer her. I know that for a fact I'm never going to take another pet to her clinic.

I had to have my baby put down, the original chick who helped me there was horrible!!! I think she…read morewas a vet helper not a receptionist. Impatient and just plain rude!!! I hope someday she is treated the same way when she is going through something as heart breaking as this!!! And I hope someone posts it so I can see it!!!!! ZERO compassion!!!!

Very Poor. I cannot speak to the quality of their actual veterinary care, but their service was…read morenegligent in my opinion. Here is the scenario I encountered: I have a pet emergency, a serious one involving wounds. I see they are the closest open, I call explain my situation identify the pet type etc. Their receptionist says we should head over. I drive over ONE HUNDRED MILES to get there only to have this receptionist tell me they don't treat this type of pet and have no other explanation for me. This is unacceptable, fortunately there was another hospital still further away that was open. We are there now.

So thankful for an emergency vet clinic in our area. Had to bring our darling cat in for what we…read morethought was a UTI. They worked with our financials to make it a more conservative situation we could handle. Later on, on the same day (technically, night), we observed our cat acting worse than before. We called and they waived the initial "walk through the door" fee as they just saw her hours ago and it was deemed a a recheck. We had radiographs completed and ultimately, we had to make the humane decision to put our cat down bc of issues other than a UTI that we hadn't known about, but physically saw through the radiograph. The staff was so thorough in explaining the photos and relating the info to my mother over the phone. Additionally, they were so caring and empathetic, and they gave my cat and me time together before she passed. Although it seems like we paid a lot for the care of our cat in 12 hours time, to end up putting her down, it was very reasonable with everything they could do for her with the information they had on her. Very knowledgeable and understanding. Love the spacious facility as well. Thank you, Viking.
