Absolutely great experience boarding my dog here over the summer. They do an excellent job…read moreaccommodating my schedule changes and making sure my dog is taken care of. All of the staff gets to know your dog and makes sure everything is taken care of. Highly recommend their boarding services.

only reason this place is getting a 1 star is because of Kristina. After calling John and him…read morebasically selling us on the unknown and turned to be no truths, we unfortunately gave it a shot. John said he's been training dogs his entire life (highly doubtful john) We have an English bulldog who has separation anxiety and needs a little help obedientlily...all that was spoken upon via phone. after the first day, they let my dog have NO yard time for five days, he was fed thru a solitary confinement door and was givin no attention. We got charged an extra 25 dollars for aggressive behavior because a lady decided to put her hand in his cage and got scared. Weird, you just let anyone walking thru the back, put their hands in cages? safely and nicely done John. We told them that our dog does not like men, so who gets their pant leg pulled? a A man working there. Read the room, John. All of a sudden we receive unprofessional texts while on vacation saying that our dog was not welcome back. Professional? I would say not. After how our dog was treated, the idea of bringing him back is unrealistic Upon arrival, he was the only one NOT barking and he let a woman working there go in his cage and get his things ready while she was petting him. MY oh MY that is aggressive behavior. long story short, I've never given a bad review but this one made me so mad, I had to. Take your dog somewhere else, if you truly care. Lastly, don't believe a word John says, he will sell a cow to a vegan to make the extra buck.

My family has used this vet for many years with all of our pets…read more Recently, my parents dog got really sick and was taken in on a Saturday because we were worried something was terribly wrong. They rushed through diagnosing her, giving confusing answers and not going into detail as to why they were prescribing certain medications. They did a test that lasted 1 hour that gave absolutely no answers and we later found out the correct length of time for this test to actually work is 4 hours, which is what caused an incorrect diagnosis. When no progress was being made within the next few days with her health we called back asking for more help, because she was no longer eating and acting lethargic and quickly losing weight. Again, they did the bare minimum and gave short confusing answers. It's unfortunate that we feel as though we were rushed through and ignored when it came to real concerns. Huge thanks to Riverview Animal Clinic, though, for helping our dog!

My cat is my Emotional Support/Service Animal to help in coping with my Post Traumatic Stress…read moreDisorder. She is my baby and what keeps me grounded. The idea of her being uncomfortable or in pain upsets me to a degree I can't describe so when I noticed hear breathing was strange I was panic calling all the vets in Lewiston. When none of them had openings I looked in Clarkston and they were wonderful and squeezed me in that day just an hour after my call despite being a new client (and this was all in the mid afternoon on a Friday). The vet and all the staff were wonderful and very personal. The vet seemed to genuinely love my cat once they met and it was incredibly relieving to see and know that she cared. Trusting other people to treat my cat well is already hard, trusting someone with her health is a million times harder. Having the vet willing to sit with me and not only answer my questions but take my anxiety and the knowledge of my cat's status as an ESA seriously meant an incredible amount to me. I know I can tend to "mother hen" my cat at times, but the staff helped in easing my anxiety and even listened to the audio clips I had taken of my cat's weird noise. I'm surprised they don't have more reviews honestly. I will definitely be returning to them next time I'm in need of services
