only reason this place is getting a 1 star is because of Kristina. After calling John and him…read morebasically selling us on the unknown and turned to be no truths, we unfortunately gave it a shot. John said he's been training dogs his entire life (highly doubtful john) We have an English bulldog who has separation anxiety and needs a little help obedientlily...all that was spoken upon via phone. after the first day, they let my dog have NO yard time for five days, he was fed thru a solitary confinement door and was givin no attention. We got charged an extra 25 dollars for aggressive behavior because a lady decided to put her hand in his cage and got scared. Weird, you just let anyone walking thru the back, put their hands in cages? safely and nicely done John. We told them that our dog does not like men, so who gets their pant leg pulled? a A man working there. Read the room, John. All of a sudden we receive unprofessional texts while on vacation saying that our dog was not welcome back. Professional? I would say not. After how our dog was treated, the idea of bringing him back is unrealistic Upon arrival, he was the only one NOT barking and he let a woman working there go in his cage and get his things ready while she was petting him. MY oh MY that is aggressive behavior. long story short, I've never given a bad review but this one made me so mad, I had to. Take your dog somewhere else, if you truly care. Lastly, don't believe a word John says, he will sell a cow to a vegan to make the extra buck.

A few days ago it was his first time coming here. He gets extremely nervous about going to the vet but I can tell they took very good care of him! The shave was done extremely well and the price for everything done for him was very fair. I highly recommend this place! I included some photos, before and after the shave. They even recommended some products but did not push me to buy like some places do. Will be back for any other future services!!

I called this vet at 7:30pm and was told to bring him in right away and they would see what they could do. We unfortunately had to stay 30 minutes past close but they were so kind and didn't fault us one bit. His eye needed to be removed ASAP and they were able to squeeze us in the very next day to remove the poor guys eye. The vet was amazing and explained all the risks for a kitten so young and small and answered all our questions thoroughly. This wonderful communication continued through his surgery and after when he had to stay overnight. Kitten did amazingly and they got all of the procedures done under anesthesia that we had hoped for. When I picked him up the next day they sent home an adorable letter with him. We will be returning here with the rest of our pets for establishing care, vaccinations, and any emergencies! Thank you!

I feel incredibly lucky to have found Amy. My two dogs are special and quirky - as in emotional and shy and don't take to strangers easily. Within ten minutes my Ranger was giving her kisses! I was sold. Amy has a very calm presence and that came through to me and obviously to the dogs. After providing her with a lengthy set of instructions for just visiting them mid-day for potty breaks, she didn't freak out or think I was weird. She was more than willing to do whatever I did so that the pups would keep their routine. In addition to sending me either a text or email after every visit, she also left me a "report card" with how the dogs did and reacted to her which was a nice treat. I like the attention to detail and extra information. It was just like I was there! As a bonus to the report card, Amy also left a couple of homemade treats for the dogs AND a dozen eggs from her own chickens! It's just so comforting to know I can trust and rely on someone to handle things in my absence. I didn't worry for one minute which is an amazing gift for me when I'm away from home. I've already schedule another week with her and have her booked for a long weekend with overnight stays - another nice bonus - no kennels! Amy's prices are reasonable, she is very professional and dependable - you can't go wrong!

I did my research, and asked everyone who came through the coffee stand that I work at who had a sort of doodle in their car where they got their dogs groomed. Everyone always had wonderful things to say about Lindsay's, and I'm so glad I listened to the good word of mouth, because they did a wonderful job! They took their time which is what Paisley would have needed to make it a positive experience. She's slow to warm up to new sounds and people, and they took care of her needs. Thank you to everyone on staff who took care of my baby girl! She looks like a brand new dog!

I brought my year old golden doodle to get his summer cut. I was aware some parts of him were…read morematted since his hair was the longest it's been. I told the groomer I was aware of this and she told me that she would only need to shave his tail. I told her I wanted him short enough to stay cool but not so short I could see his skin. She showed me a picture of a previous doodle she did and I said that looked great. I get him back and he is completely shaved down where you can see his skin which makes it look patchy and his face/ears were left poofy and much longer than the rest of his body. It is nowhere near similar to the picture of the doodle she showed me she was going to model his cut after. If my dog was severely matted to where he needed to get this shaved, she should have called me and given me a heads up since she said his tail was the only thing needing to be shaved prior. I paid $120 for a buzz cut I could have done myself. It also looks like they cut his ear hair but did not actually clean them. The staff was friendly but I will not come back.
