I found the receptionist to be cold and unfriendly, the techs were ok, but I didn't encounter anyone that seemed to like working with small animals. The person working the front desk doesn't know how to count change and shorted me two dollars. Not a big deal, but could add up over time. I only paid cash to save the 3 percent charge for using a debit card. That didn't work well for me. Needless to say we won't be going back there.

I was embarrassed that I needed help, I've always trained my pups on my own in the past. But I really needed them this time and they came through like champs. I struggled with the emotional side of my situation and they really helped me set my fears aside and trust the help they gave both me and my giant puppy.
