Just wanted to add another comment: The gentleman who returned my husbands call inquiring about…read morescheduling an apt. stated specifically that they were NOT just holding apt slots for repeat customers, they are just booked up though end of year (7 mo), and would or could not let us schedule an apt even after the first of the year. Yet, we know for a fact that repeat customers are able to book apts 6 weeks out without any issues! Honesty & integrity? Business must be so good that lying to customers (potential or otherwise) doesn't hurt their bottom line. This review is based solely on booking experience. Seems to be a shortage of good groomers in the valley and they all seem to be booked solid as of late. We had our pups (Yorkies) groomed here once in late 2015. Thought they did a good job, and our dogs seemed happy with the experience. Tried to book again in March and was informed they were booked solid for 4 months and not taking anymore apts. They were giving preference to repeat customers and just could not schedule any more in the foreseeable future. We would have been repeat customers but I got the hint. It's now June, and my husband decided to try again and book apt. for later in the year since they are obviously busy, only to receive a call back stating that they are now booked though the end of the year??? The gentleman stated that they have, in fact, been booking new customers not just repeats but still would not book an apt for our dogs. A co-worker who booked an apt for her dog as a first time customer after our initial visit has since been back and secured yet another apt! Our pups can be a hand full, and perhaps this is the hesitation? After our initial apt., nothing had been relayed to us regarding any issues and in fact both groomer and her husband stated our dogs had done a good job, no problems at all. Obviously they can pick and chose their clientele being business owners providing such a personalized service, but to just bold face lie to us about why (for some reason) they just will not let us book an apt? Very frustrating & disappointing to say the least!
