My only complaints are that when I first arrived and was filling out my new client forms, the young man helping me was not very friendly and quite dismissive. Additionally, I paid my bill with CareCredit but the special financing was not applied as it should have been, which is quite frustrating because I would have just used a different card if I had known they weren't going to honor the special financing agreement.

Niccolaus was very assuring, addressing my concerns and creating confidence with our choice to go with Dog Watch. He is clearly a dog lover and quickly able to build rapport with Henry which then led Niccolaus to providing a positive training experience for all of us. I felt so bad as it was cold and pouring rain doing our install He left us feeling empowered to trust the training and within a day, Henry got it! We have a double lot on a pretty steep hill, going with Dog Watch was definitely the most economical option for Henry to have the ability to run and play in our yard without worrying that he will escape and get hit by a car.
