So I was left paying for a repair that either wasn't needed in the first place or didn't fix the problem they assured me it would. The last guy that came out (apparently one of the owners) was very snippy and sarcastic about the situation as well. I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone since they bilked me out of thousands.

When the crew did arrive, they accomplished all of the tasks including the replacement of worn, aged toilet flanges and ensured all equipment was in working order when finished.
