The service, the food, the beers, and the local vibes were all excellent. We dropped in for lunch on a semi-busy Saturday. We were able to find a table for our party of ten inside. We each walked up to the counter and placed our orders. While waiting, we enjoyed the cozy interior and a live band on the patio. We ordered a few sandwiches, huge pretzels, and a cheese flatbread for the kiddos. I ordered the cold 6" Knuckle Sammy, and it was filled generously with deli meats and fresh ingredients. A very satisfying sandwich. Other sandwiches enjoyed included the Meatball, Pastrami Reuben, and Wrightwood Philly. The pretzels were fantastic, hot and soft, and came with a tasty cheese dip. The beers on tap were terrific. I had the Seasalt & Lime Lager, which was cold and refreshing. I got to try Hazy IPA, which was good, and if you like sours, the Plum Sour is worth a try. They also have hard seltzer and non-alcoholic beverages in the cold fridge next to the cashier. The staff was kind, and the service was excellent. They brought out our orders to where we were sitting. Plenty of TV monitors to enjoy some sports. They also have local activities and special menu items on certain days. read more

Thankful for this place. They stayed open for the firefighters during the Bridge Fire. Cool brewery. They have trivia on Wednesdays! Other events pop up here too such as live music. All the beer tastes great. They have a lager, red ale, black beer, and stout. The have other rotating beers and seltzers on tap such as sours. They also have canned beverages. I really like the canned happy dad's. The food is really good. They offer breakfast, sandwiches, lunch sandwiches (Turkey avocado is my favorite), flatbread pizza, and most recently, wings. The lunch sandwiches remind me of My Hero Sub if you're familiar with that establishment in the Inland Empire. So good! All the ingredients on the sandwiches are fresh. Where beer, tuna, bacon & cheese meet... Yep, it was that 12" TUNA MELT that did the trick. The thick crispy bacon lacing the canned-but-very-tasty tuna fish on a toasty sourdough bun, melty with cheese. I devoured this in no time. The ice cold BIG HAZY IPAs to start were perfect as was the rest of their tap brew selection. High marks. Cool band layin' down the jams outside on the deck to throngs of lit up amigos. Went there on a packed St Patrick's Day but the service was still pretty fast and the bar tenders downstairs were awesome. Great place to have a beer and the people were all very friendly and inviting. Had lots of good conversations whether it was waiting for a beer in line or waiting in the restroom line. Seems to be very pet friendly as many people brought their pooches along. All were very well behaved. Also saw some kids in the outdoor area, they too were well behaved :). I had their newly added Irish Red Ale and really enjoyed that. The area is really beautiful so it is a great destination ride with friendly people so you don't have to worry about the crowd. Location Location Location. We all heard that location of your business is important. I think Wrightwood Brew proves this point to the teeth. It was a mid September weekend in Socal. What do you do? Roadtrip? Good answer. We took a quick drive to Wrightwood, a mountain town that i have my eyes on for a long time. It was beautiful. Everyone was friendly. Atmosphere is relaxing. All we need was a drink and some quick bite. and then we spotted Wrightwood Brew. I came here after exploring the San Bernardino mountains. There's a parking lot or street parking available. You order at the register downstairs. They have food and drinks. I had the cider and since I'm such a sucker for pretzels I got the pretzel. When the pretzel came out I smelled the garlic from the pretzel and I knew it was going to be good. Finished a good shred at mountain high & needed a quick rest spot before driving home. Found this place on Instagram & immediately followed them so I can visit them. They have tons of outside seating but due to the snow we went inside. They staff is really great and friendly. They gave us their recommendations for food and beer. I am a HUGE fan of sours & their sour was AMAZING! Pair this with a little sugar (cinnamon pretzel) & something filling (Philly cheesesteak) and you have the perfect treat yourself meal! Came in after tubing with my babes in the snow. The gentlemen at the counter were friendly and pretty laid back. For a Sunday, it was pretty busy but I think most people were tying to use the restroom because it's the only one available around. I tried the tropical sour beer. It was good, a little too tarte for my personal taste but still tasty. What I liked is the heated patio especially in the freezing cold of winter. Also, the fact that they did not mind I brought pizza from the pizza place down the road. Most places might give you crap about it, but they didn't Which was nice. We have been here many times and have had good service. We came in and sat at the bar top right next to the register. We looked at the menu and were interested in ordering the party sub since we had a good amount of people in our group. We were told they need a day in advance to make any of the party subs, which they did not have that stated on the menu. We decided to opt out of ordering the party sub and were going to order drinks and sandwiches instead. We were waiting for a while expecting to have someone take our drink order. We asked if we could order drinks and were told we have to get in line to order. We have been to this brewing company several times and have not been told we have to get in line when sitting at the bar top. We have been served beer right at the bar before along with food (taking our order at the bar stand). Great place, but the older male and female taking orders acted as if we were an inconvenience being there. Shout out to the young kid with long black hair. I drove up to Wrightwood for the first time and stopped by Wrightwood Brewing. I tried an IPA that was cold in the glass and stayed cold on the awesome outdoor tiered patio. We love Wrightwood. It's our happy place. We are regulars at a different restaurant but decided to try a new place. Even though we only got a take out, we noticed that the stuff was friendly. I called beforehand. The food was already ready when we picked it up. The food was still warm. We ordered a flat bread and a pretzel pizza. The pretzel was probably the best I had in the US. The flatbread was delicious too. Prices were reasonable (even on a low side). Next time when we are in town, we will stop by again. read more
