They were going to install a new alternator in my vehicle and advised that they would let me know if I needed a new tensioner once they inspected it. After inspection they said a new tensioner was needed and it would be 3 hours labor for a total of $576. I called 2 other places (including a dealer) and they both said if you are replacing the alternator there really was no additional labor to replace the tensioner pulley as it only has 2 bolts. I actually called Macs back and discussed this with them and they wouldn't budge off their price. Long story short I took it to another shop (pretty big outfit) and saved $475 (This was the Troy Location)

He expertly loaded the trailer onto the back of their flatbed truck. It was not an easy feat considering half the trailer was almost on the ground and wouldn't roll. About half way through a car swerved onto the shoulder and came within literal inches of killing him and destroying my trailer and his truck. It was terrifying -Richard actually had to jump onto the flatbed to avoid being killed.
