Having undergone periodontal treatment in Northern California to address advanced periodontal disease, it was very important to me that my new periodontist was skilled at maintaining, and advancing, the successful treatment plan I had in place. At the first appointment her examination was thorough and Dr. Moran's manner put me at ease. Not only did she instill confidence in her approach but she also put any uncertainties I had about working with a new dentist to rest. Dr. Moran recommended an additional Lanap laser procedure to further the treatment. That procedure was successfully performed in her office and my gums are now healthy and maintained with regular cleanings, also in Dr. Moran's office. From front office Office Manager Ginny, to the hygienists, to the dental assistants, to Dr. Moran herself, their respectful and genuine caring for their patients is evident. This is a practice I can wholeheartedly recommend.

All the staff I was involved with clearly were enjoying their work. A real dream team. The name of the business, "Smiles" not only refers to teeth but also the well chosen staff. Well done Brandon, and what a pleasure getting to know Heather, Sheila and lovely Erin on the front desk. So caring, warm and efficient. I had a couple of minor teeth issues which I knew about. B. spotted one immediately. I was able to explain the difficulty with a back tooth. On investigation he knew exactly what needed doing to stop the discomfort. His job, of course, but it was such a relief to find someone who wanted to progress to next steps for improvement. I'm looking to getting the work done. The office itself is light, airy, very attractively put together...and the music, for a change, is not overbearing. The view I had from the treatment window towards hills was stunning. I saw 3 beautiful eagles swooping around each other in the near distance. They also have some impressive equipment making X-rays straightforward and accurate. For the first time ever I felt no pain when having the water treatment for spraying my teeth post cleaning. Heather used some WARM water: NO DISCOMFORT. An unknown for me. Another plus in my books. I had a great experience with Dr. Schultz and all his staff! I needed 2 implants and really would…read morerather have gone ANYWHERE ELSE and done ANYTHING ELSE than go get implants!! BUT I was put at ease when Dr. Schultz examined my teeth and told me what he would need to do. He took a CT scan (he has one in his office, and showed me a 3D view of my jaw and what they do to make the implants. It is fascinating! Michelle went over the procedures and costs and helped me with my dental insurance. She is always friendly and full of cheer, as is the rest of the staff. We would have interesting conversations as I was checking out, and I found myself lingering instead of rushing out the door. I am very happy with the care I received and would recommend them to anyone!

Here are the details; I was driving home from a 5 day road trip. While driving down from the Tejon Pass, I started eating a protein bar with nuts. I bit down on something hard. When I looked at it, it looked like a nut shell. I thought no more about it. I took a break and stopped for a walk while I charged my car, tossing out my trash (which included what turned out to be a dental crown--not a nut shell :-( About 30 miles down the road, I took a drink of water, and realized I had a dental problem. I was concerned because it was a Wednesday--I didn't want to have to get through 4-5 days (including a weekend)...with a tooth root that was very sensitive. I called Dr. Redmond's office at about 9:30 am as I headed for home. Brenda (her receptionist) said the doctor was fully booked into next week, but that she would see if Dr. Erini could somehow work me in. I got a call back in about 15 minutes. Dr. Erini and her assistant were willing to work thru their lunch hour to get my tooth cleaned up and also put in a temporary crown. Gratefully, I said I could be there, for sure! Later in the day, I was out of the office, with a healed mouth and temporary crown just before 2:00 pm!!! I simply need to return next week for my permanent crown. In addition to her incredibly caring service, Dr. Erini always has the most modern treatments (like the machine which took the impressions of my bite digitally with a specialized camera). So much faster and more accurate than that ol' putty. Take it from me--if you're needing a caring and highly professional dentist and dental office, check out Dr. Erini Redmond in San Clemente.

Horrible experience here. The entire visit was absolute chaos. I never once saw the doctor, the…read moretechs took over 45 minutes to just do x-rays while they were training the new 18 year old tech. She hit me in the head with the x-ray machine and nobody gave her any direction. The only normal part of my visit was talking to the hygienist she was quick and efficient. At the end of my visit some tech came in and said I don't like your x-rays you have an infection in your root canal that's going to be a $350 CT scan for us to even diagnose it. I asked why she thought that and spoke half English she said I just don't like the way it looks? I went back to my old dentist for a second opinion and turns out there was nothing wrong with my root canal so I have no idea where they got that from. I asked for a break down of what my insurance covers and they told me I don't understand how insurance works and that's not possible. Weird because I went to my old dentist a week later and everything was covered. Be careful about this place they tried to give me a $1500 quote and tell me I had some random infection, still not sure what the doctor does all day but he definitely isn't involved in exams
