You can tell he has a passion for what he does and was able to judge our taste pallets for things we would like. He made the trip worth it alone. There was an insane amount of shredded chicken and the house made tortilla chips were some of the best I've had. I also had some of the boneless wings and were pretty impressed and would recommend both items.
