The car has issues with reverse and would stall out or have other distinctly transmission-related problems. After allegedly diagnosing the issue, they returned the car with a new " wiring harness" for $375 that supposedly would fix the issue. Well, LKQ junkyard just left our driveway and gave us a nice little $700 check for our non driveable car. They took our money, and didn't fix a thing. An electrical shop laughed at us when we explained the harness part that we got charged for.
