I am providing my opinion about Wreck Check Atlanta (WCA) that it might help others in the community to make an informed decision when choosing an auto appraiser. This is specifically concerning your Diminished Value if your vehicle has been in an accident. While I am sorry that I was involved in a "Failure to Yield" accident in my brand new Volvo, I can truthfully say that WCA made part of the insurance process quite positive for me. I also know of others who had a similar positive experience. Therefore, the WCA Fee is both reasonable and well worth it. The company's experienced appraisers (will) conduct a thorough evaluation of your vehicle's diminished value or total loss, providing you with a detailed appraisal report that is as good as you will find anywhere.. WCA provides top notch assistance through the Appraisal Clause. Their team will actively assist you through the Appraisal Clause process to maximize your settlement. The WCA comprehensive Diminished Value Appraisal Service will help you establish the inherent diminished value of your vehicle after an accident. This comprehensive narrative report is very impressive and when all is said and done, WCA will reach the most favorable agreement concerning your diminished value. I highly recommend Wreck Check Atlanta when you are choosing an auto appraiser. read more

RJ Sweeney at Wreck Check helped me secure a $5,125 diminished value settlement after my Cadillac XTS was involved in a (not at fault) side collision. The entire process was smooth and straightforward. Travelers initially sent me a check for just $700. I decided to invest $475 in a professional diminished value appraisal from RJ, which assessed my vehicle's loss in value at $12,353. We were given two options: send a demand letter to Travelers or pursue a lawsuit. We chose the letter, and RJ successfully negotiated a $5,125 settlement--$4,425 more than the initial offer--without filing suit. If your car has been involved in an accident, repaired damage can still affect its resale value. Based on my experience, I highly recommend RJ Sweeney at Wreck Check for a professional diminished value appraisal and help with the claims process. Thank you, RJ, for making the process easy and delivering a great result! #RJSweeney #WreckCheck #DiminishedValue #DiminishedValueAppraisal #DiminishedValueClaim #CadillacXTS #HappyCustomer read more

I had another outstanding experience with Wreck Check Atlanta--this is actually my second time using them, and they delivered again. The insurance company initially offered me a very low diminished value amount, and I knew it didn't reflect the true loss. After working with their team, they were able to get me 3.5x more than the original offer. Their knowledge, professionalism, and ability to advocate on my behalf made a huge difference. They walked me through the process, provided a detailed appraisal, and gave me confidence dealing with the insurance company. If you've been in an accident, I highly recommend not settling for the first offer--these guys know exactly what they're doing. #DiminishedValue #diminishedvalueappraisal read more

i could not be more pleased with the professionalism, service, & results from Wreck Check Atlanta. Everything they communicated to me was accurate and reflected exactly how the entire Diminished Value process would play out with the Insurance Company. There were no surprises and once finalized, I received over 200% of the initial settlement offer I received from the insurance company. It took approximately 6 weeks for the entire process to play out, as that was within the anticipated timeframe they initially communicated to me on the front end. The positive outcome was well worth the wait and I would absolutely recommend their services for anyone needing assistance with a Diminished Value Claim with any Auto Insurance Company. read more

Wreck Check Atlanta team made a stressful situation much easier for me after my accident, dealing with insurance was a nightmare! RJ and his team immediately went to work after I submitted all documents from my insurance. My insurance did not want to repair my car, instead, they deemed it a total loss and offered me an unfair value, especially after I spent 2k for maintenance on my vehicle! Wreck Check team gave me the leverage I needed to get a fair actual cash value for my car! It's worth having the patience because it was a long 3-month process as my case had to go to an umpire but it is so so worth it!! Highly recommend you won't regret it! read more

I highly recommend Wreck Check Atlanta (WCA) to handle your diminished value auto claim. They were recommended to me by a coworker. My car was rear ended with significant damage. After the repair the insurance company offered a very low-ball amount. WCA told me they would expect to get 4 to 5 times that amount. I hired them and they got even more than that. Thanks WCA! WCA does the work and provides guidance and explanation throughout the process and you get the money, unlike some other appraisers who expect you to do a lot of the work. I recommend reaching out to Wreck Check Atlanta if you need diminished value auto claim help. read more

RJ, Brent, Penny, and Juanita are excellent. Promptly got everything I needed to get a fair DV for my 2018 F-250 after I was rear ended. insurance companies can be intimidating and even more so time consuming to deal with. WCA made this process as easy as it can be to deal with, and the results to back it up. my initial offer was $2200. Ultimatley, we settled for $8895 a truly fair amount. Give them a call, get their opinion, and if it makes sense for you get them on your side. Without them I wouldn't have gotten anywhere with the insurance company. Highly recommend! read more

Highly recommend RJ and his team at Wreck Check Atlanta! They have helped me fight with my insurance over the diminished value claim for my almost brand new car. The final settlement I got was WAY MORE THAN what the insurance company offered me in the first place. RJ and his team helped me at every step during this entire process, which took months for the insurance company to react to. Finally I got the fair value settlement in my case! Thank you RJ! read more

From the start, WCA provided a clear step-by-step flowchart, a dedicated team of contacts, a flat service fee, and even pre-formatted messages for insurance communication. I received timely updates, fast responses, and--most importantly--results. My insurance company initially offered $1,200 for Diminished Value. After WCA substantiated $8,500 on my behalf, it was obvious the insurer had under-offered by 7x. Truly the BEST SERVICE EVER. read more

I learned about Wreck Check from a body shop, and RJ and the crew did a great job for me on my DV claim. My car had been rear ended on the quarter panel. They provided the appraisal, the demand letter, and explained the process very well. It took some time, but they ultimately secured a settlement that was 35% more than what the insurance company offered. I recommend Wreck Check to anyone who plans on filing a DV claim. read more

You have to do some work yourself, but the insurance company responds correctly when you state "you know, wreck check says that is not true, per the law in Georgia....". Then the insurance company will lowball you and when you ask for a 2nd appraisal, then everything falls into place. You will get quite a bit of money which was very helpful to me. They are worth the upfront fee. Thank you wreck check. read more
