In addition to bringing drugs and gun violence into our very quiet neighborhood of mostly elderly folks and families, they left the home looking like an absolute DUMP when they evicted said tenants, about 10 days ago. The evidence on Yelp alone speaks for itself, in addition to the fact that they have removed themselves from the BBB website, due to too many complaints. I mean, seriously. I have contacted code enforcement, so the city can handle the mess they left behind, but I highly suggest you look elsewhere for property management if you care about your investment in the long run. They gave the excuse that they were extremely busy. Strike two came, when the HOA came to me saying my water usage was astronomical and there had to be leak. I though the management company would solve it immediately and after weeks of trying to get in contact with them, we agree to replace a toilet. They wanted to charge be $500 and said it was the cheapest they could find. This was my last straw before I decided to stop using them to manage my property. Their last parting gift was a $2,000 water bill, that they never asked from me, to bill the tenant. And hid behind their contact, saying it was my responsibility to send the bill. In conclusion avoid this company. They do not mange properties, they collect their percentage and leave you to carry the problems.

It is almost 90 degrees outside so we are very uncomfortable. The one conversation we had, we were told it was not an emergency because we didn't have a baby. Our entire experience with the company has been poor. Their lease is ridiculous and borderline egregious, as are most places so that we could get past. But that coupled with terrible, and I mean TERRIBLE, service makes it just not worth it. If you have any other options I highly recommend going with a different company. Tenants who pay their rent on-time and never have any issues should be able to get their AC fixed asap. Very dissapointed.
