When we ask for a reconsideration of homes that were clearly more comparable, it was stated that those homes were in superior condition. He failed to mention the solar panels we had in his report but disallowed a home compare because it had a sauna in the basement. Clearly this service is sub-standard at best.

He undervalued our house by half and when I tried to explain to him the difference between our house and the ones he used for comparisons; he just kept telling me that he was correct and that he was sorry that my house was not worth what I paid or even worth what it was originally built costing. He said he would review any additional information I sent him, but he would not even reply. He is very arrogant and uninformed. Be Warned - stay away!
