I paid the initial fee to wreck check in June. It is October and still haven't gotten my settlement. They dropped the ball once they got paid. They come on strong with emails and calls and texts to get you to sign up with them. And that was it. Once they got paid they had to be asked repeatedly about how the process was going. They would not answer messages for days and I had to reach out so many times. In the end I had to correspond with the umpire myself because 2 months after I paid the umpire he still hadn't rendered a decision. They don't follow up on things unless you hound them. I would find a different company. They are only interested in getting your initial fee. Editing this review to add that as soon as I posted this, Wreck Check reached out to me via email and text telling me to remove the "uneccesary negative review" and called me impatient, telling me that they would withhold the umpire's decision until I removed the review. WreckCheck is very responsive but did not get results for me. They require a $325 payment and issue you a Demand Letter that you submit to the Insurance company. At the end the insurance company still refused to pay more than I had already negotiated and then RJ requested additional money from me to then file a lawsuit.
